Project Encore will be offering THREE summer school sessions this year. If you are attending one of

our participating Butler County schools, you can enroll in ONE COURSE per session. Encore will

offer summer school on the following dates:

SESSION ONE – Andover Site – 210 Ira Court

Dates: 6/6/11-6/23/11

Times: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday –Thursday

All work will be due at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2011.

SESSION TWO – Rose Hill – 301 E. School Street

Dates 6/6/11-6/23/11

Times: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday

All work will be due at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2011.

SESSION THREE – Andover Site – 210 Ira Court

Dates: 7/5/11 –7/21/11

Times: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday

*Note the first week of this session students will attend Tuesday-Friday.

All work will be due at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2011

Enrollment will be held at our Andover site from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the

following dates:

Tuesday, May 31, 2011 - Only current Senior students.

Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - Only current Sophomore and Junior students.

Thursday, June 2, 2011 - Only current Freshmen Students.

PLEASE do not try to enroll prior to the scheduled enrollment sessions. If we still have slots

available after the initial enrollment process, we will accept enrollment at our Andover site during

regular summer school hours.

To be eligible to participate in summer school, you must attend one of our participating districts. Your

counselor must fill out the Summer School Enrollment form with a date and their signature. Algebra II

and Geometry will only be offered during the first and third sessions in Andover. Once you have

received an enrollment form from your counselor, bring your form with payment of $150.00 to your

enrollment session. You will not be officially enrolled, or put on the waiting list, until you have paid in

full. If accepted, you will be required to attend a mandatory orientation session on the first day of your

summer school session. We strongly recommend that a parent or legal guardian attend this one hour

orientation. If you are enrolled in more than one session, your parent(s) only need to attend one

orientation session. Orientation times are as follows:
