Holding the necessary qualifications coupled with a vast experience in the field, we contribute to the development andcontinuous improvement of knowledge and practice of Project Management and Business Analyses, including our participation in thedevelopment of the international standards of the Project Management Institute.

It is this know-how and proven competence that we make available to all our clients.

All our courses are characterized by a strong orientation towards practical implementation in the field of the methodologies, techniques and

tools. We never separate theory from practice and we prime to assure that both elements the theoretical knowledge and practical

implementation are effectively integrated. This results not only from the fact that our trainers hold a large field experience, but also from the

fact that PMO Projects holds many years of consultancy experience in the the filed-adoption of project management best practices.

For those who are already PMP® certified by the Project Management Institute and wish to maintain this prestigious professional credential, our courses offer the necessary Professional Development Units (PDUs) required by the PMI. We note that the PDUs can only be gained byalready certified professionals and are not a requirement for the application to the PMP® certification exam.
