    Our Company sets environmental objectives and targets forachieving and maintaining compliance with marine environ-

    mental protection requirements, training and educating ship and shore staff in pollution prevention, continuous im-provement in environmental performance and sharing information with external stakeholders on environmental

    perfor- mance.

    The objectives and targets for year 2012 are included in the EMS manual, in Annex 2. Most of these were achieved. Those

    set for year 2013, that include the few that could not be met in 2012 as well as new ones, are included below and on the

    next pages.
