EFT BasicsEFT is very simple, but it can be easy to get lost if you just start tapping outloud. Although this can work, the best way to keep your flow and take yourselfdeeper is to create a mindmap. Begin by tapping then answer the set ofquestions below. These will help you get super clear on what is blocking youand why. This is rich tapping material!

Keep this mindmap, so you can come back to it. Some issues will reduceimmediately, others are deeply entrenched in your nervous system and yourdeep core beliefs so can sometimes take months or years of consistent tappingto shift. But don't worry – with enough tapping, they will shift and you will beleft free in a way most people have never believed was possible.

Tap rhythmically on each of the points, making sure not to miss the point.

Speak the truth of what is really there. This is not necessarily the truth – butthe truth of what you are really thinking and feeling. This is not positivethinking. By embracing the negative thought and allowing it in, while you tap,then you release resistance and the trapped energy will dissolve and release(you will actually feel this in your body!)

The great new is, this creates spontaneous positive thinking that you don'thave to force. As you release the negative that is in there, you have space tocreate. Towards the end of the session you will begin to bring in powerful andpositive statements. These will be programmed into your mind and becomeyour new beliefs!

Be aware you may experience off-gassing, which is a good thing! This is whenthe energy dissolves and changes form. You may experience a lot of yawning,or burping, crying, sneezing, farting, coughing or laughing. This is all normal.If you go to yawn please drop what you are saying and honor the yawn! It isimportant! Don't worry if you don't experience these either, some people don't– but most do.

Also note you may experience dizziness, or you may check out and feel spacy.It can be a defence mechanism and you might feel bored or disconnected. Ifyou do, stomp your feet, breath down into your body and bring yourselfpresent. The dizziness can sometimes be intense. This happens when your corebeliefs are being challenged. When you have deep programs you have beenoperating from your entire life, your neural network is wrapped around it andconnected to many other beliefs. It is like an energetic brain surgery! You aretruly changing the shape of your brain.

It is completely safe and used by millions of people. This is why it is useful towork with a gifted EFT guide, so they can keep you on track. These are the

basics that will get you started. Make sure to talk about whatever comes up foryou – if you are tapping on one issue and all you can think about is stopping orbeing bored. Change what you are saying to that top of the mind issue, until itdissolves and you can go back to your mindmap.

Notice the changes in the weeks and months AFTER you tap, as this is wherethe benefits are. As you change your beliefs, your negative emotions andempower yourself you will see energetic shifts in the people around you ANDyour actions will be different too, even if on a subtle level. And you will seechange!

EFT Set up QuestionsHealing Painful Memories

1. What is your issue/What would you like to clear?

2. What negative feelings do you feel around this issue?

3. What negative things do you say to yourself when thinking of this issue?What do you hear yourself say you can't do, be, have or change?

4. Where do you feel this in your body? - Tune into where it is right now.

5. When did this issue begin?

6. What is your earliest memory of feeling the same way?

7. Who do you blame for this issue?

8. Who do you really blame for this issue?

9. Who in your family or early life had a similar pattern or held similar feelings?It's OK if you feel like you are making a guess.

10. Your Limiting beliefs. What promises, vows and sweeping statements did you make during earlier experiences? Choose what feels true to you from the examples below, adjust & also add your own:

Do any of these ring true to you?

Write out into your journal what feels trueRate between 1 – 10 of how true it feels (10 is highest)

Answer these questions below and explain why in a few words

Examples:Are you trying to protect yourself from something?Are you trying to prove yourself?Are you trying to protect someone?Are you trying to teach someone a lesson?Are trying to avoid failure?If you let go of this belief:Will your heart get broken?Will you embarrass yourself?Will you get found out?Will they come and get you?Will it all happen all over again?

Go back through this list and rate each thing you wrote down between 1 – 10. 10 is the worst, 1 is simply a passing thought. Write a little number next to each of them – not each question, but each and every answer you gave.

RecreateIf you didn't have this issue and knew you couldn't fail, what would your life look like? How would it be better, how would you feel and who would you be as a person?Paint the picture of your new life...

Instil Powerful, Positive Beliefs That Work For You!

What new, conscious beliefs would you like to be thinking and acting upon everyday?Begin by looking at your negative self-talk (question 3), your limiting beliefs (Question 10) and how they benefit you (Question 11). Simply reverse these statements and write them in their most positive form that feels good to you – Then add more in of your own that sound like they would be fun to have. Examples:I am smart and intelligentI can do anything I put my mind toI am fully loved and supported in my lifeI am worthy and deserving of all my dreams!People want to work with me and pay well and frequentlyI love my life

Once you are done begin tapping through the list. Explore how you really feel about each of these issues and acknowledge the issue started because you

were sad/anxious/scared. Rather than changing the sadness/anxiety/fear – acknowledge it. Feel it. Bring it up. Tap and breathe. Speak to it and ask why itfeels that way. Don't push against it. Invite it in.

Let it expand, even if it gets painful, breathe, speak about why it happened and send it Love. Send it Love and send it more Love. Then accept it is there. Accept it might never go away. Accept you are human and all humans have problems. And send it Love. Send it Love and send it more Love.

EFT Set up QuestionsManifestation Tap

1. Write your goal/manifestation at the top of the page. Make it a detailed paragraph in present tense

2. Answer with your 'yeah buts'.

Read your goal back to yourself. Start your next sentence with “yeah but...” This will bring up your doubts. Write whatever comes to mind, no matter how big, small or seemingly silly. Keep saying “yeah but...” and fill in the blank. Youmay like to re-read your goal in between each turn as well. Repeat this over and over, writing everything that comes to mind.

3. Repeat this exercise with 'what if'.

Read your goal back to yourself and start your next sentence with “But what if...” This will bring up your fears. Again, write whatever comes to mind. Keep repeating until you get as many out as possible.

Check to see if you missed anything. Read your goal again and askyourself:

4. “If this goal came true even better than expected, and it was easier than expected - What is the worst thing that could go wrong?

5. If this worst thing happened, what is the worst thing that would say about me as a person? Fill in the blank, “That would mean I'm just a __________________________________.”

Now, You should have your goal at the top with a long list of 'yeah buts' and'what ifs'.

6. What are all of the negative feelings associated with these fears and doubts?

7. Where do I feel this in my body?

8. What is the earliest memory I have of trying and failing that made me feel the same way?

9. Who in my family or earlier life had a similar experience or felt the same way – it's OK if you guess

Go back through and rate each issue – every 'yeah but' and 'what if', every answer. Rate it between 1 – 10. 10 being the worst, where it feels really horrible or most true. 1 is a passing thought and not very powerful.

RecreateWhat powerful and positive responses would you like cheering you on?You can go back to each 'yeah but' and 'what if' and change it to an opposite statement that feels really good to you.Examples:Yeah but I'm not skilled enough >> My natural ability is in high demandYeah but no one ever listens to me >> When I speak my truth, I am heard andrespectedWhat if I fail like last time >> I've learned so much now, I am ready to do a great job!What if they don't like >> I am open and friendly – I easily attract people and opportunities.

Paint the picture of your manifestation! Imagine you have been living yourmanifestation for a year now – it fully came true a year ago, better than youhad even imagined! Write this amazing story in present and past tense. Add inhow you now feel, your new habits, what your ideal day looks like and includeall the senses – such as music that is playing, your favorite smells, beautifulviews. The more detailed the better!

It's ALL about themanifestation!

When you clear all the fears and doubts, and tap enthusiastically on thepositive image, your subconscious will get the very clear message to direct youtowards this goal. You brain is a powerful goal seeking machine. Any goal yougive it, it can and will achieve – but only if you don't give it the opposite ordersright after (all the voices of your fears and doubts.

This entire tap, is essentially leading up to this final moment! Spend as muchtime, speaking as though it has already happened and is happening to you –induce the high vibrational feelings as you speak of it and accept anyresistance that comes up along the way.

Why Embracing The Negative Clears The WayFor Manifestation

Imagine your goal AND each of these 'yeah buts' and 'what ifs' all have theirown voice. Like people, some are loud and some are quiet. Some speak in awhisper and some yell or scream.

Your goal is ONLY ONE voice. If you have another 15 doubts and fears speakingat the same time, then even though you are not consciously thinking aboutthem most of them time – they are still creating in the background. Each ofthese fears and doubts control your reactions, what thoughts you think, whoyou agree to spend time with, what opportunities you allow or even notice inyour life.

Now you can see why your manifestations don't always work out how youhoped. Until you clear these other voices and help them feel safe and loved,they will always be there to some degree. It is important to know (for whenyou tap) these fears and doubts are only here to keep you safe, the only waythey know how. This means that the more you push against them and themore you try to banish them, the more they hold on. These feelings are a partof you, so can not be pushed away. They will push back. The only way torelease them is to invite them into your heart with Love and Compassion. Thisis when you feel them dissolve and release.
