Program for development zone, 50.000 m2 shopping mall, tower one 35.000 m2 hotel and conference. Tower two 35.000 m2 5 *luxurious hotel. Main entrance leading people into the heart of the shopping mall, from the boulevard strip connecting to the mas- ter plans high rise residential and offices area. The photovoltaic curved facade is de- sign for collecting rain water for reuse, green surface on the shopping mall roof, designed as filter to absorb and clean rain water, reused for toilets and parks. Each tower got a roof garden space over see the city a “get a way” from the city for entertainment and relaxation. The hotel tower got outdoor swimming pool and spa, below is the restaurant located, getting sun light and reflecting lights from the above pool, creating a dramatic effect into the restaurant.
