AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND ENACTING A NEW CODE FOR THE TOWN OF GREENVILLE, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF AMENDING SUCH CODE; AND PROVIDING WHEN SUCH CODE AND THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection at City Hall, Greenville, Florida during regular business hours or at www.mygreenvillefl.com. At the meeting, all interested parties may appear to be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
