ACTION: Failure to Rebut Sworn Affidavits Results in the Reward ofImmediate Remedies and Reliefs

Dear Mr. President,

We applaud the humanitarian efforts of America coming to the rescue of other human rights violators in other nations, butnow the men, women, and children who live in America need the support of America now. Recently, Mr. President, youstated that "Technologies should be in place to empower citizens, not to oppress them." This is the Holocaust, Tuskegee &Guatemala all in one plus high tech and COINTELPRO activities. Mr. President, we would like to ask you a question: Doyou want to put a bandage on this one research project or do you want to get to the root of the problem and provide asolution that would solve all of the little problems? NSA is not the only unethical, unconstitutional research. They are manyothers, which we know by name: TETRA, PANDORA (CIA & ARMY), and STAR WARS. Countless of people will seekremedies/reliefs because of the decisions by the Intelligence agencies and the Military to tell the western countries to "keepeverything secret in 1976 and to not tell people the truth." They are paying people to experimenting on other peoplewithout their informed consent or knowledge. How many of the 55,836+ human subject research projects/medicalexperiments are experimenting on people "secretly"?

Enclosed is the Affidavit of Truth, which should be included as an Appendix to the 40 page sworn Affidavit of Facts:Disclaimer for the NSA's PRISM Research that you received in August 2013. This Affidavit of Truth is valid andenforceable. We have become knowledgeable of key information and in the process of removing ourselves from abuses andrights violations, which is in the enclosed Affidavit of Truth.

These documents should be reviewed immediate so that the process of compiling or organizing tribunals for full disclosureand active work towards positive remedy and retribution as appropriate can occur.

We are authorizing the release of this information to all agents, city/county/state & federal employees, city/county/state/&federal officials, employees, officers, informers (in fact not presumption), contractors, sub-contractors, members, andrepresentatives for the purposes of conducting investigations, inquiries, tribunals and prosecutions. The non-consensual,"unwitting" or involuntary "human subjects' are no longer considered "men". The "researcher institutions" have exceededtheir charter.

This letter, previous submitted documents, and all enclosures are to be sent to all agents, city/county/state & federalemployees, city/county/state/& federal officials, employees, officers, informers (in fact not presumption), contractors,sub-contractors, members, and representatives immediate.

The Problem: There are countless of people in America and International who are monitored, tracked, tortured, andtargeted with electromagnetic radiation, weapons (biological, chemical, directed-energy, electronics, or radiological),lasers,

and even harass with Counter Intelligence Program (COINTELPRO) tactics and drones/satellites by a well-orchestrated,well-organized, & well-connected "secret" organization with unlimited resources operating intrastate & interstate inAmerica & International. This "secret" organization have buffers or gatekeepers who are being compensated to violate civiland criminal laws, obstruct justice or to participate in these grave human rights, civil rights, and constitutional rights abusesin America and International in order to "break the "human subject" financially, physically, emotionally, psychologically orsocially. They have levied a war by engaging in military activities against lawful and non-combatant men, women, andchildren; this meets the regulatory definition of treason and seditious conspiracy. People from all walks of life areinvolved; physicians, judges, law clerks, politicians, staffers, secretaries, postal workers, deliverymen, prosecutors,agents, lab technicians, attorneys, police, store employees, bank employees, security officers, City/County/State,Federal employees and members of organizations including fraternities/sororities, social organizations and churchleaders to name a few. Even our own families, friends, neighbors, and associates are involved. All avenues to resolve thisissue has been closed to the non-consensual "human subjects". Everything is s~e~lined,just like the Germans. This is aningenious plan. THE PLAN HAS BEEN STAGED FOR NO RESOLUTION EyER FOR THE lNVOLUNT ARY or"UNWITTING" "HUMAN SUBJECTS". No justice. No due process. No investigations due to protocol. Lies, deception,active denial, disinformation, threats, bribery, blackmails, intimidation by force, protocol, the laws ("loopholes"were never closed) and the technology have allowed this "well-oiled machine" to continued non-stop for 35 plusyears. They are using the need-to-know concept as well. Have the United States Federal Government and others "secretlyengaged in levying an invisible war" against non-combatant men and women under the auspices of human subject research/(never-ending) criminal investigation/war on terror/national security? Based on my research, the answer is yes. In 2010, Ireceived firsthand account from a prophet/seer, Jeanne S. who told me that it was "unscrupulous Federal Governmentemployees" who are doing it because they can and who is going to stop them. Afterwards, she was offered $50,000.00 notto save my life from my neighbors were being compensated to kill me and then she accepted $100,000.00, while anotherperson received $25,000.00 so that I would not continue my weekend America's Spiritual Awakening Revival Show. These"unscrupulous Feds" are abusing their power based on "protocol" so that justice can be obtained for us.

The public and Government Officials were never supposed to know the "whole truth" about the "secret" human subjectresearch projects. Since we did, we are seeking truth and justice now.

As real, living, and breathing men and women, we do not condone unlawful actions that have been taken against us inAmerica and International. We are in the process of creating our own private birth records, ecclesiastical deep poll, andobtaining certified copy of birth record, to be provided at a later date specifically to the STATE Secretary of State and theUNITED STATES Secretary of State along with a copy of this detailed listing of grievances, abuses, and rights violations.

Crimes have been committed, because there are injured parties who have been harmed physically, emotionally, socially,psychologically and financially. The injured parties are the involuntary or "unwitting" human subjects. The crimes arenumerous, which are in violation of United States and International Laws. The crimes include, but are not limited to areabuses of powers, abuses of laws, waste, fraud, obstruction of justice, violations of medical ethics/research ethics, crimesagainst humanity, war crimes, crimes against peace, crimes of aggression, crime of genocide, violation of many of Title18 laws, violation ofthe United States Constitution, violation of due process, slavery, domestic terrorism and violationsof many U.S. and International Laws including engaging in levying war on men, which can be consider treason. Manypeople are guilty of seditious conspiracy, and misprision of treason.

The crimes of interest to the International community are mass murder under the auspices of human subject research/war onterror/national security/never ending criminal investigation are crime of genocide, war crimes, crimes of aggression, crimesagainst humanity, and crimes against peace. These are the same crimes that people at the Nuremberg Trial was hanged for"doing their job".

This is streamlined like the Germans. Every avenue to expose or reveal the truth has been hindered, prevented, or delaythrough "normal channels". No investigations due to "protocol". No due process. This is why Edward Snowden didnot use the "normal channels", because he must have known this as well.Are these THE "DANGEROUS" & "CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES" that SNOWDEN was ALLUDING TO?This is a dark "secret" and we are speaking up. Countless of men, women, and children have been tortured andkilled for the past 50+ years. Do you hear their cries? Do you hear our cries for justice now? We want justice,justice, justice!

We are in life threatening situations every day and this requires immediate attention.

We Should Learn From the PastThere is an article about the head of a pharmaceutical company, Professor David Horrobin, who came down with cancerand instead of using the drugs his company and many others have made for cancer; he opted for alternatives that areconsidered quackery by mainstream medicine. In the article, Dr. Horrobin comes clean. "Drug trials are pointless .... andunethical." He goes on to say that volunteers have little chance of recovery. The death factory at Auschwitz was a closely guarded secret of the Third Reich. Their story was so unbelievable that no onewould believe that the Germans had everything streamlined. They were looking at the obituaries of their friends, relatives,and people that they knew. The Germans were very good at deception. In another Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) documentary, Swimming In Auschwitz, depicts the stories of 6 survivors ofthe Holocaust, one of the survivors said, "We made a big mistake. We never spoke up." As a result ofthem notspeaking up, over six million Jewish men, women, and children were tortured, executed, and killed."

Could the horrific tragedy at the Navy Yard been prevented if the United States Government and the State of New Jerseytook action as depicted in the sworn Affidavit of Facts: Disclaimer to Opt-Out of the NSA's PRISM Research (40 pages)?

Remedies and Reliefs for the Involuntary or "Unwitting" "Human Subjects"This Affidavit of Truth is valid and enforceable, if there is no response or silence, it will be considered acquiescence;quiet admission and passive consent. Silence is acquiescence. Respondent irrevocably and unconditionally waivesany and all rights of objection, immunities or defenses. Do you accept the illegal, unethical and unconstitutionaliactions that has been taken against me, my family, and countless of men, women, and children in America andInternational?

A grace period was provided, but there has been no response from the Office of the White House or from any agents,city/county/state & federal employees, city/county/state/& federal officials, employees, officers, informers (in fact notpresumption), contractors, sub-contractors, members, and representatives. We are demandingthat many of the "human subject research projects"/medical experiments are defunded; closures of Fusion Data Centers, andthe towers and the boxes associated with the Radio Frequency Identification (R.F.I.D.) are defunded. This should reduce thebudget for the United States Federal Human Subject Research ProjectslMedical Experiment substantially.

Every day that we are held hostage as "slaves" in these unethical and unconstitutional research projects/medicalexperiments, a daily rate of millions of dollars will be added for the restitution of "human subjects" past, present,and future for intentional delays. We demand action now.

Access to our private lives 24/7;

Access to invade our privacy by listening to every conversation whether the phone is turned on or off;

To obtain waivers for informed consent so that we can be experimente on without our informed consent orknowledge;

To intentionally select us to be classified as involuntary or "unwitting" r'human subjects", without our informedconsent or knowledge;

To conduct human subject research projects or medical experiments, which violates the United States Constitution,International Laws, and research/medical ethics;

To experiment on minors, without gaining the parent's permissions beforehand, which violates the United StatesConstitution, International Laws, and research/medical ethics; and

Permission to conduct surgery on us, so that foreign objects like the radio frequency identification (R.F.I.D.)chips/implants/Soul Catchers can be illegally implanted in us. This is an invasion of privacy because our personalthoughts can be read, as well as, our body parts can be controlled by the research team. Members ofthe researchteam are controlling the dials on the receivers so that the "human subject" can be in excruciating pain, which istorture. These boxes should be deactivated, as well as, the towers.

We are demanding that Congress constitute a tribunal as stated in the United States Constitution and that allinvoluntary or ''unwitting'' human subjects are crime victims, which 18 United States Code Section 3771 states,''we have the right to proceedings free from unreasonably delay and the right to free and timely restitutionas provided in law". We are demanding that an International tribunal is held as well. Experimenting withoutinformed consent is a Law of Nations violation. Congress can constitute tribunals as stated in the United StatesConstitution. The Government was created to protect and defend our unalienable rights - nothing else. Obstruction of Justice in Sending Information OutDue to illegal telephone, internet, and computer surveillances, I am being prevented, hindered, and delayed in getting thisinformation out timely. On Thursday, September 26, 2013 after I returned to the bank to get the Affidavit of Truthnotarized, I came home to discover that someone had been in my room. Whenever I leave the house, I leave with a bigpurse, a backpack, and roller bag filled with evidence, which I am tired of carrying. I do not like to leave the house empty,because my evidence is still been taken or tampered with even with a monitored alarm security system. Last year, I left thehouse before my parents and when I returned home the attic door was opened. It was impossible that my parents left theattic door opened because it is one of the areas that have to be closed in order to set the security system. I showed it tothem when they arrived home minutes later. They did not want to pursue it further.

On Friday, September 27, 20l3, I called the White House number several times, but I did not speak to anyone. I attemptedto fax the Affidavit of Truth several times from my parent's home phone whose provider is Verizon. One message statedthat I called a "non-working number". I checked the number and it was the correct fax number. The other messagesindicated power failure and no answer. I am being forced to spend "unnecessary money" at Staples, Office Depot or theTrenton Public Library, where I am stalked, monitored, harassed and tracked by individuals "pretending to be doingbusiness there" and by vehicles with very dark, tinted windows and license plates, which are "unreadable" when I take apicture or videotape them because they have some type of "substance" over them. People are being threatened,blackmailed or intentionally implanted with radio frequency identification (R.F .LD.) chips in order that they will look theother way and do nothing.

I have limited access to the outside world because of the illegal telephone (includes faxing), computer, mail andtechnology surveillances. I demand that all agents, city/county/state & federal employees, city/county/state/& federalofficials, employees, officers, informers (in fact not presumption), contractors, sub-contractors, members, andrepresentatives cease all illegal telephone surveillance and stopping faxes from reaching its correct destination immediate.We are demanding that you obey your oath to protect and enforce the United States Constitution against all enemies both;foreign and domestic.

Mr. President, it is time to finish what former President William Clinton started. It is time to fmish what former SenatorJohn Glenn started. It is time for reform in the Federal Government so that the Federal Government is transparent onceagain. In 1997, former Senator John Glenn said, "I want to put this in personal terms once again. You just think about yourown family, your own son, your own daughter, or grandchildren who might be, the next time they go to a doctor, the subjectof some medical experiment that they are not even told about. I do not think there can be many things more un-American than that. That is unconscionable, and we should not permit that."

Recently,Honorable Congressman John Lewis (D-GA) stated in an interview with Bill Moyers that America has not kept herpromises. Let's start with this one promise; everyone is entitled to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. We can start now,Mr. President. We can with your help. We want our lives back and freedom.
