In particular , the Parties will encourage and facilitate mobility in the fields of science and technology. 2. The Parties may jointly agree to identify areas for joint activities in fields other than those mentioned in this present Memorandum of Understanding. 3. In addition, the Parties may jointly explore forms of multilateral co-operation with a view to exchanging experiences on processes of multilateral integration in the area of science and technology 4) Memorandum of understanding between the ministry of education of the republic of Chile and the ministry of education and research of the kingdom of Norway. Signed August 2008. Areas of Interest 1. The Parties shall cooperate to strengthen the collaboration in the fields of Higher Education and Research. Similarly, they will promote and facilitate mobility in such fields. 2 The Parties may jointly explore ways of multilateral cooperation to exchange points of view on multiple processes in the areas of education and research, such as: education quality assurance initiatives; measurement of quality in education; teacher training; creation of educational indicators and educational services, among others.
