The GfK Employee Engagement-Model is based on the latest scientific findings. Basically, we differentiate between the shown emotions and the behavior of the employees. Measuring engagement alone is not sufficient for steering an effective follow up process. To guarantee this, other important dimensions which might influence engagement should also be recorded. These dimensions differ and are company specific. Our key driver model is based on research about high performance organizations. With our key driver model (=Partial Least Squares) we can reliably identify the dimensions, which are decisive for employee engagement and therefore for the success of the company. This means, we help to separate important from unimportant issues and therefore increase the effectiveness of follow up processes and their set ups. Our comprehensive benchmark database additionally supports our clients. If you have become curious about how we could implement your engagement survey professionally and in a cost-efficient way? With our health model we provide efficient measurement of all relevant risk potentials. Here, a large intersection with engagement-relevant aspects can be seen. In a combined model, many synergies can be created, and two goals can be reached at the same time: Engagement measurement and risk assessment in the company. We offer following types of health surveys:

Health as a module within the engagement survey Risk assessment combined with engagement

If you are looking for a practical concept for risk assessment in your company, please contact [email protected].

Considering the entrepreneurial value added chain, regular measurement of the internal service quality is a key aspect. Our approach towards internal customer satisfaction measurement is based on the latest findings of GfK Market Research and supports our clients in reaching the following goals:

Our research shows that the implementation of change processes is significantly more efficient if supported by surveys. The GfK EOR Change Monitor was developed especially for this purpose. It analyses the relevant success factors of change, considering the different stages of a change process. The GfK EOR Change Monitor emphasizes the increase in willingness to change as well as the (sustainable) acceleration of the development/change within a company. GfK EOR offers customized solutions which can be applied in every phase of a change process and which aim at improving the effectiveness and the sustainability of these changes. Depending on your current situation in your company we offer different survey waves (every two years, yearly, etc.). In order not to lose track of the mood status in your company between subsequent survey waves, we recommend to conduct short pulse checks. Pulse checks are mainly characterized by a significantly shorter questionnaire and sample surveys. We support our clients in the set-up of a meaningful comprehensive concept, in which continuous pulse checks are implemented. We offer ready-made pulse check concepts on the following themes:

Employee engagement Follow-up processes Strategy Change Leadership/management Health Internal customer satisfaction

In case of difficult situations within an organization, highest flexibility considering themes, timing and implementation is needed. The modular spotlight survey from the GfK tool box provides:

Short surveys on current HR themes (e.g. state of the change process) Fast implementation Flexible rerun of pulse surveys Survey can be started directly by the local initiators or by a HR business partner

What do these modules contain? Engagement: Measure whether the employees live out the corporate values because of a high engagement. Leadership/management: Develop management behavior and competencies through relevant behavioral aspects Change: Accompany change processes through their different phases, manage and promote them efficiently Analysis of work situation: Recognize and optimize perceived strengths and potentials for improvement in the day-to-day work situation These modules can be conducted separately or combined. The actual survey content is adjusted to your individual needs.
