Employee Newsletter June 2017 This months spotlight features the employee with the Most Strikesaward from the May Wellness bowling event. Diane Overby, Social Worker in Community & Veterans Services: I have worked as a social worker for over 31 years. I have worked in a variety of different areas, but I have been working in chemical dependency since 1999. I love working with chemically dependent people. It is great to help people as they work to improve their lives while learning to manage their illness — and there is rarely a dull moment! I was raised in North Dakota and went to college at Moorhead State University. I have degrees in Social Work and Psychology, with minors in Philosophy and Sociology. My interests include traveling and scrapbooking. I also love hiking, camping, and organizing group events! I like to do new things. I like working out and teaching bootcamp with Community Education. If I could have any superpower, I would want to be able to beturn invisible at will. If a bear was about to attack, *poof* I am gone! It would increase my bravery by 2000%.
