The employee assistance program includes 12 hours of psychosocial counselling per calendar year for employees and
their dependents.
The employee assistance program can help you in a variety of situations, such as:
Family problems (separation, divorce, education
of children, caregivers, etc.)
Anxiety
Problems at work (stress, burnout, loss of
interest, etc.)
Depression
Dependencies (alcoholism, drug addiction,
cyberaddiction, etc.)
Career change
Physical health problems (diabetes, obesity,
smoking, high cholesterol, etc.)
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE COACHING
The adoption of healthy lifestyle habits begins with good nutrition, physical
activity and work-life balance. Easier to say than do? With our hectic pace of
life, it can be hard to find the time. For that reason, the employee assistance
program gives you access to telephone consultations with nutritionists,
kinesiologists and nurses. What can we do to help your employees?

The goal of this service is to help managers become more informed, advise them and coach them in managing
difficult situations. For example, this service may facilitate the resolution of a conflict between two employees or
an optimal intervention with a person demonstrating problem behaviour. In times of organizational change,
it can support managers as they prepare their communication and action plan.
Crisis management service
In additional to individual problems, organizations may have to deal with disturbing events that destabilize
employees, work teams or perhaps even the entire organization. Regardless of the type of event (restructuring,
dismissal, death of an employee, work-related accident, etc.), the service is available at all times to help you
manage a situation and prevent or reduce its negative effects.
