Dear Professional colleague

You might be aware that the Committee for Members in Industry & Business (CMI&B) concerns itself with inter-alia

knowledge and skill development of members engaged in industry and in business. The CMI&B has planned to

conduct a Business Leadership Development Programme for professionals currently holding decision making

positions such as Executive Director/ CFO and the like and aspiring to be a CEO and touch the highest position.

The CMI&B understands that competition at this level would be the stiffest as there can be only one CEO in an

organisation and several senior functionaries would be competing for the position. Therefore, leadership qualities,

vision and ability to change future course of the organisation will be looked at by the Board of Directors of the

industrial house/ corporate multinational company with which these senior professionals are associated.

With the above thoughts in mind, the CMI&B has designed a customised programme especially for senior members

* Eminent senior faculties have been drawn up from institutions of national repute as well as CA-Corporate Trainers.

* The participation will be kept to a bare minimum not exceeding 25 so that closer interactions are possible. The programme is scheduled to be held by online mode in weekends for 2½ hours a day spanning into 8 sessions i.e. 20 hours of learning.
