First login in to the website : https://www.neponline.in .2STEP 1

1. Go to EMF compliance Manage site EMF compliance.3STEP 2

Enter the site id/IP id and then apply on search.4STEP 3

After searching go to the IP site Id .5STEP 4

Then click on the planning.6STEP 5

Then click on create new draft.7STEP 6

Then select the Use On-Air Tenant.

As we are upgrading GSM Site choose the GSM(1812) .9STEP 8

Then do the changes which want to upgrade. i.e. TRx, tilt , antenna height etc.10STEP 9

And then save the draft.11STEP 9

Then if What-If Analysis show the green indication then we choose the Convert to service proposal. 12STEP 10

And fill the proposal date . and click to the convert service proposal .13STEP 11

After that click on the services proposal.14STEP 12

Then click to the Airtel services proposal and fill the actual date of up-gradation .15STEP 13

After submitting the actual date of up-gradation it shows the the view and submit certificate.16STEP 14

Then click on preview Self-certificate in PDF . 17STEP 15

And see the changes has been done or not . if it is done click on initiate self certificate .18STEP 16

After that choose the option Regulatory Compliance-manage Certificate submission .19STEP 17

And select the Self-Creation(calculation) .20STEP 18

And select the our IP id .21STEP 19

Click on the download option.22STEP 20

This is the output in PDF formate..23IssuesIn the STEP-6 you c0uld get the problem related tenancy not created then you have to Create the tenancy of that site.By using wizard-RF Up gradation and New site tenancy creation option in NEP.In the STEP -10 you could got the problem related What-if Analysis doesn't show green then no problems you can go for further steps .
