Registration Information

Location:The courses are held at the Rosemount Tank Radar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. Closest airport is Landvetter.

Terms:The course fee covers material, lunch and transportation between Hotel Gothia and the Rosemount Tank Radar office. Travel expenses and hotel costs are paid by the participants.

Accommodation:Hotel Gothia Towers is one of the hotels with which we are in agreement with. You will receive an e-mail from us with a specific link to use for booking your room. It’s very important to use this specific link to get the correct Emerson pricing. Tax and breakfast is included in the room price.

VISA:If you need a VISA for Sweden (the Schengen countries), please send us the course application and a copy of your passport or your passport number at least 4 weeks before the course starts so we can prepare the invitation letter.

Cancellation:The last day for cancellation is three weeks prior to course start. Although the courses are free of charge for Emerson employees and local business partners, cancellation after this date will be charged. Fifty percent of the full tuition will be charged for cancellations received during three weeks prior to the start of the course, and full tuition will be charged for failure to attend without cancelling. Scheduled courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment; we therefore recommend to buy open and fully refundable ticket.
