Located close to I-580 and I-880, with easy freeway access, our community offers 97 apartments on three floors.

Our common areas, including our spacious Terrace Lounge with wide screen television and the cozy Fireside Lounge, give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and community outings to the Oakland Zoo. Emeritus at Landmark Villa provides access to a wide range of shopping, and our nature-loving residents will especially enjoy the nearby Japanese Tea Garden, Sulphur Creek Nature Center and the Shoreline Interpretive Center.
