Why do we say “general course outline”? Because although all the core concepts and skills will be taught, we can also tailor the course to the needs and working environment of private clients. This course involves both theory and practical portions. Participant will be on the ground, physically active and engaged in heavy lifting. Multi-trauma scenarios will be conducted using potentially staining artifical blood products. Please wear clothing that can get dirty and/or stained. The situation is then compounded by the extended period of time to definitive care, meaning YOU as the responder must be able to deal with the casualty for longer.
