2-13-15 VENDOR TABLE RESERVATION POLICY

1. To place table reservations for any upcoming venue locations, it is now a requirement that you will:

A. A valid Credit card with placing reservations.. B. Place a cash or valid check deposit 50% of total reservation amount. C. Prepayment in full with any of above listed means.

2. There is a 2 week before the show deadline to cancel a reservation, Roll deposit to a different show or inability to attend as per reservation and to have your deposit not be forfeited. Upon notification THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW STAFF will issue you a cancellation /roll code. Without this code any claim of having said that you contacted THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW and notified me is without merit. When the floor plan is made your attendance depended on to provide a balanced show floor with other vendors.

3. Should any vendor cancel and or request to roll to next show without the required code, it will give cause to forfeit your deposit, and or your credit card be charged for your reservation as if you had attended the show in person .

4. It is required for any vendor that request a specific table location, to have made reservations no less than 2 weeks prior to the venue requested, with required deposit. Requested placement dependant on availability.

5. Should any vendor fail to attend any venue where they have made reservations, or arriving late without prior express management authorization at discretion of THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW MANAGEMENT, any reservations shall become null and void at time OF VENUE OPENING TO PUBLIC. Resulting in forfeiture of said deposit as is paragraph 3, and reserved tables will then be assigned to first come first serve as needed basis.

6. Failure to give THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW proper notice of cancellation, roll to next show, or no show shall result in forfeiture of any specific table locations and deposit.

7. Vendors making NEW said required reservations after vendor has not attended any venue that any above paragraph applies, WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY be guaranteed restoration of your previous requested table locations.

8. Vendors making reservations for tables will provide THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW what type of merchandise that you sell.

9. Do not assume that you have or will have reserved tables if you have not made required reservations. It is quite possible you will not, as unreserved tables will be assigned by reservations first and foremost, followed by first come/need basis. THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW cannot read your minds and will not assume any vendor will be attending any venue just because a vendor may have attended said venue in the past. WITHOUT RESERVATIONS THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES OF TABLES FOR ANY EXISTING OR NEW VENDOR.

10. THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW MUST have valid emergency contact phone numbers on all vendors. This is in case there should be an emergency of any type that we will be able to notify necessary people of the emergency should any arise.

11. RESERVATIONS MADE AT VENUE LOCATIONS FOR ANY UPCOMING VENUES MUST BE MADE BY 3PM ON SUNDAY OF ANY VENUE.

12. ANY VENDOR DEPARTING THE SHOW DURING SHOW HOURS, WILL NOT be allowed to reserve tables in next upcoming venue, unless express authorization has been received from the management.

13. Vendors requesting specific table locations will convey to THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW personnel said specific table locations. If conflict arise between vendors on table locations, THE REAL TEXAS GUN SHOW WILL MAKE FINAL DECISION OF VENDOR PLACEMENT.

14. THE REAL GUNSHOW, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY

PERSONS OR COMPANY AT THEIR DISCRETION.
