EMC “Call Home”
EMC has set up an automatic email notification alert to EMC tech support once the Array error occurred. A group of IFC Staff and GSMC - “SANAdminCBI will also receive the email notification.
GSMC will use the “GSMC” account to logon to the Array to verify the error event:
Logon to 164.114.138.60
Highlight the faulty Array then click on “Tool” from the menu bar, select “Faults”(will paste the one with faulty error”
Place a service call to EMC Tech Support for a Case# and ask for respond time Contact IFC on calls staff if needed
