Fuse and Seal

• Trace the image of the badge, patch, applique or embroidery design, right side down, on to the paper side of Fuse and Seal.

• Cut the Fuse and Seal shape to size.• Lay the piece of Fuse and Seal with the film side against the back of the

badge, patch, applique or embroidery design. The white liner paper should be up.

• Heat household iron to wool setting.• Press the iron on the white paper 8-12 seconds. (Test before use)• Allow to cool.• Remove white liner paper. Your design now has Fuse and Seal’s heat

sealable film attached.• Design can now be ironed on to garment or other project.• For best adhesion, also press from the back side of the fabric to apply

more heat to the adhesive.• When possible, apply iron to the back of the fabric to ensure a

complete fuse. TIP: When ironing design, wool setting and dwell time of 8-12 seconds is

recommended. However, different fabrics may require higher temperature settings and dwell time. Pre-test settings before doing project.
