requested direction from, EPA on November 25 regarding future management of the Slot Pond.
Site Characterization Activities • Site-wide monthly groundwater elevation measurements were obtained December 21-23 for new
wells and wells outfitted with pressure transducers. Transducers were installed in the six monitor wells within the B/W-63 well cluster. All pressure transducers were re-programmed.
• A Pit Lake water elevation of 4234.04 feet amsl was recorded on December 23, 2015 from the pressure transducer, an increase of 0.04 feet since November 23, 2015. The pit lake elevation has risen 2.00 feet since November 23, 2014.
• No changes to the Bottled Water Program in December. • DW-169 has been removed from the Domestic Well Monitoring Program (the house was moved
off the property, and the domestic well was disconnected). • Transmitted the 3Q 2015 Domestic Well Monitoring Report (DWMR) on December 8. • Continued to compile the data for inclusion in the 3Q 2015 Groundwater Monitoring Report
(GMR). • Transmitted the revised Groundwater Geochemical Characterization Data Summary Report
(DSR) on December 11. • Continued to compile information for inclusion in the OU-1 RI Report. • Transmitted the technical memorandum titled Draft Initial Screening of Remedial Alternatives for
