Bernina 350 Limited Editions Arriving in January 2015

Why does my top thread keep breaking?

There are several reasons thread can continue to break.

1. You have an old or poor quality spool of thread.

2. The needle plate can be damaged around the needle hole.

The plate will need to be polished or replaced.

3. The machine hook could be damaged. If the hook is damaged it can hang

on the tip and break.

4. The machine has threads hung in the tensions.

Class Description: This class is designed for anyone interested in purchasing a new top of line machine. In this class, you will get a chance to, try before you buy. We will complete a project and focus on the wonderful machine features. The Bernina Event will focus on Bernina Models 880, 780, 580 & 560. The Brother Event will focus on the Dream Machine. Special incentives will be in place for machine purchases. This is not a master class for current machine owners.

Making a Jumbo Hoop Tighter for Embroidery

Have you noticed that the new embroidery machines keep offering larger hoop

sizes? This is wonderful; but you must stabilize these hoops properly. When

using a Jumbo size hoop, stabilize the project like you would normally. Then take

a piece of sticky stabilizer and add to the bottom of the hoop. Allow enough

sticky to extend up the outside edge of the hoop. This will help keep the fabric

taut. Happy embroidering…...
