Over the past year Frank has given 40+ tours of the Hydro-electric plant, implemented a drone steam infrared thermal flyover program and implemented a Hydro plant sequence of operation and controls upgrade which increases the carbon free electrical production to its highest level in almost a decade.

All of this was done outside of Frank’s normal job responsibilities

The majority of tours fall outside of normal working hours

The drone flyover program replaces the helicopter flyover program which cost 2-3 times

the amount and only allowed for a flyover every three years. It will now be done yearly.
