Elsa Beljean International business graduate and MBA Elsa Beljean is a past Youth Exchange participant and Rotaractor who now connects leaders to en-gage in Peace projects worldwide WE Rotary Club online. She was a Youth Exchange student to France in 2004 and a Rotaractor for 7 years in Mexico. Elsa is the founder of the first Rotaract club in California’s Imperial Valley as well. She has promoted Rotary during workshops at UN Headquarters and was a guest speaker at the International Assembly in 2015.
