for up to 2 hours. Invite up to 200 guests.

THE OFFICIENT:

Includes a certified officiant in the State of Indiana

to conduct your ceremony. If planned in advance, the

ceremony can be personalized based on your desires.

Depending upon availability Keith Maddox, is our go-to

officiant. Keith has 20 years of experience providing beautiful

ceremonies for couples.

THE MUSIC:

Includes a wireless sound system that includes microphones.

We will provide 10 minutes of soft love songs while guests are

being seated. We will provide special ceremony music up to 3

songs chosen by you. Includes set up, and technical sound

cue.

THE FLOWERS:

Includes a bridal bouquets for the Bride and a boutonniere

for the Groom. This will be made with fresh flowers

selected based on your preferences.

THE COORDINATION:

Includes the Coordination of all services listed above by the

Barn at Hamner Ridge. Payments will also be made directly to

these service providers by The Barn at Hamner Ridge.

Contracts will remain in the name of the bride and groom.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER: All photographers will be

on site for 2 hours on the day of the

wedding. We will select from the following

3 photographers depending on their

availability for a weekday weeding. The

package also includes edited photos from the

wedding on a CD, flash drive or digital

download for you to use as you wish. This

does not include any prints or books.

MAGGIE DEWEY PHOTOGRAPHY

Maggie is a talented photographer who has years

of experience photographing weddings,

seniors, families, babies and more. She has a

creative casual rustic style and has a soft spot

for black and whites. She is fun and flexible

and looks forward to

capturing the love and

joy on your special day.

THE LIGHT FANTASTIC PHOTOGRAPHY

Mandy Bryant is a photographer working in the

beautiful fields of central Indiana. After

earning her degree in photography, she began

working as an artist for book publishing

companies, magazine publishers, and home

and gift stores including Wayfair and Mod-

Cloth. She now focuses much of her artistic

energy toward weddings and portraiture,

using her editorial style to capture the

beautiful people she is blessed to call her

clients. Mandy resides in Edinburgh,

Indiana with her husband, two children,

and far too many dogs and cats.

GOLDEN APPLE PHOTOGRAPHY

Trinity Kirby has been capturing memories

professionally for six years. She is a graduate

from Indiana State University with a Bachelors

Degree in Art Education. As an art teacher she

has learned how to adapt quickly to unexpected

changes and prepare for quick on your feet

thinking. Being a wedding photographer requires

flexibility to find solutions to problems as you

shoot, and those in those unexpected moments

the most spectacular images are created! She is

driven by the emotional connection made with

her clients while capturing their most special day.

Because memories do fade she prides herself on

capturing all of those moments, so they are not

lost but captured for eternity. Her ultimate goal

is to capture your memories in a beautiful and

creative light, to capture the emotion and

vulnerability and joy of the day.

THE PORCH:

The use of the large front porch for a dinner for your

closes family and friends up to 35 guests for two

additional hours. The porch at the barn provides a

lovely covered outdoor environment for your

reception. It can comfortably seat 35 guests at lovely

farmhouse tables tastefully set with centerpieces

from our inventory of fabulous décor.

THE FOOD:

Choose from 3 different meal setups for your

reception. These will be Buffet Style and enough

food for up to 35 guests. Choose from a fun Mexican

fiesta from Moe’s Southwest Grill, a lovely Italian

dinner from Fazoli’s or a hearty BBQ spread from the

local Hickory Hills BBQ.

THE DRINKS:

Refreshing Tea, Lemonade and Water are provided

with your dinner as well as a variety of beer and wine

pre-selected for your tastes for up to 35 people.

THE CAKE:

Gabby Jones is our cake decorator for this package.

Gabby is a fresh new cake designer that we are lucky

to partner with. She loves to experiment with new

flavors, forms and loves to bring your vision to life.

Her cakes and cupcakes will have your mouth

watering!! Included with this package is a two tier

wedding cake that will serve 35 OR 3 dozen

cupcakes. You can chose your four favorite flavors.

EXTRA PHOTOGRAPHY

With this package you will also have an extra hour

with the photographer.
