The Elmira Express Junior Players invite all staff, students and community members to join Simba and his
friends! The classic story with an updated look and sound is coming on February 9, 10, 11, & 12 to the Paul
Olyowski Theater, Broadway Academy, 1000 Broadway, Elmira. Media outlets are welcome to view a preview of
the show by attending a live rehearsal any weekday evening between January 31 and February 7 from 4PM-7PM.
Local director David Benjamin leads an enthusiastic cast of performers ages 10-14 in this fast-paced, energetic
show. The hour-long performance is perfect for children and adults of any age, and is packed with plenty of belly-
laughs, dancing, and as always, spectacular scenery and costumes. Featured, are both the familiar tunes from the
popular Disney movie as well as other songs unique to the Jr. Musical.
Show times are February 9, 10 and 11 at 7:00 PM and February 12 at 2:00 PM.
Tickets prices are $8.00 for adults and $5 for children and senior citizens; available at the door
