Upload a presentation

· PowerPoint presentation can be uploaded· It takes time to do so – do it before the

lecture· Each slide is loaded as a picture –

animation is lost· Pointer is very useful· To keep animation

· Participant can also share application· Open the file/application you would like

to share· Press the ‘Share Selected Application’

button on the top tools bar· Your window might look different· You can stop sharing anytime you like

Breakout rooms

· Moderator can create break out rooms· Tools – breakout room · Moderator can distribute participants· Or allow them to move to breakout

rooms

Stay in control

· Give/take away moderator’s privilege· Remove participant· Permission – audio, video, chat, write
