ELLOWSTONE SUPERVOLCANO ON VERGE OF ERUPTION; USGS SUPPRESSING INFORMATION

WYOMING (INTELLIHUB) — As of January 29, 2015, Hank Hessler, a park geologist stationed at Yellowstone National Park since 2002, publicly announced and put only a 2 week time-frame for the supervolcano located under the park to erupt.Although no one knows for sure if Hessler’s prediction will come true, it does set an eerie overtone for people located within a 1000 mile swath of the park.Interestingly enough this information dovetails with information previously reported by Intellihub, making Hessler’s claims all that much more real. Not to mention the fact that there was more than 1,900 documented earthquakes throughout the park in 2014 alone as swarm activity continues to increase.On March 4, 2014, Intellihub came across information, by an unnamed source, who reported that the White House had ordered the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to suppress earthquake swarm data within the region to hide what may be coming from the general public. And this is where it gets scary as Yellowstone and a 1000 mile swath surrounding the park’s supervolcano may be on the brink of an extinction level event (ELE).In fact reports suggest that ancient Helium4 gas has breached the surface layers of Yellowstone’s crust and is now escaping into the earth’s atmosphere. Coupled with the recent and abrupt ground level rise in the park we may be looking at a recipe for disaster.After all, Michio Kaku, a famous theoretical physicist, pointed out in a January 2011 newscast which aired on CNN, “When it blows [Yellowstone] it could destroy the United States as we know it. […] That’s what is making us nervous”

Shockingly, later in the newscast, Kaku went on to explain how a 1000-mile ring of the U.S. would likely be destroyed if the supervolcano actually went. And to make matters worse, geologists all conclude that the park is long overdue for an eruption.In fact, the last Yellowstone eruption was thought to have happened around 630,000 years ago, meaning we are about 30,000 years overdue, literally putting us in the hot seat, front row.Kaku also pointed out that, “Every single burp, murmur, of this gigantic supervolcano, including the rise above sea level, has to be watched very carefully”.So basically if you do the math for the disaster zone radius, the first 100-miles emanating out from ground zero would be completely wiped out. After that, ninety percent devastation would span out another 500 plus miles from ground zero, making a 1000-mile diameter ring that will essentially be fully decimated from the blast.Additionally this would essentially put what’s left of the United States into a State of Emergency and full-on martial law would be declared under National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) 51.

(1) This directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies. This policy establishes "National Essential Functions," prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies,

and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.

(2) The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government. In order to advise and assist the President in that function, the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism (APHS/CT) is hereby designated as the National Continuity Coordinator. The National Continuity Coordinator, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs (APNSA), without exercising directive authority, shall coordinate the development and implementation of continuity policy for executive departments and agencies. The Continuity Policy Coordination Committee (CPCC), chaired by a Senior Director from the Homeland Security Council staff, designated by the National Continuity Coordinator, shall be the main day-to-day forum for such policy coordination.

(3) (7) For continuity purposes, each executive department and agency is assigned to a category in accordance with the nature and characteristics of its national security roles and responsibilities in support of the Federal Government's ability to sustain the National Essential Functions. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall serve as the President's lead agent for coordinating overall continuity operations and activities of executive departments and agencies, and in such role shall perform the responsibilities set forth for the Secretary.

(4) The National Continuity Coordinator, in consultation with the heads of appropriate executive departments and agencies, will lead the development of a National Continuity Implementation Plan (Plan), which shall include prioritized goals and objectives, a concept of operations, performance metrics by which to measure continuity readiness, procedures for continuity and incident management activities, and clear direction to executive department and agency continuity coordinators, as well as guidance to promote interoperability of Federal Government continuity programs and procedures with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate. The Plan shall be submitted to the President for approval not later than 90 days after the date of this directive.

It appears that the USGS has likely been ordered by the White House directly to suppress information regarding recent seismic activity and gaseous releases in and around the Yellowstone region. There must be no official evidence that an eruption is eminent.

That being said, there is no official information to support the claims that the Yellowstone swell has accelerated its activity. There is more than one geologist who are reporting that altimeters are indicating the Park Basin has moved upward 10” in a single week toward the end of February 2014. There have been no official data reports since then.

There is something unique about this volcanic structure. It has not erupted in more than 640,000 years. That is why there is not a mountain on top of the vent like Mt. St Helens or Mt. Fuji. The contents of the chamber far below the surface are under enormous

pressure, keeping them in the liquid phase. If the chamber is breached, letting the head pressure off that kettle, then the contents will flash to steam and gas which will rocket out of that hole like a jet engine. The thrust from that hole will push debris high into the Stratosphere. During the last eruption, 640,000 years ago, vast amounts of North America were covered in at least 12 inches of ash. Virtually everything in Nebraska and Kansas would be covered within 8 hours.ellowstone National Park’s geysers, hot springs, fumaroles and other hydrothermal features spew out a collection of gases from deep within the Earth—steam, carbon dioxide, methane, neon, argon and helium. There’s not enough of that last one, helium, for the park to start selling balloons or for visitors to sound like chipmunks, but there’s plenty for scientists to study.Helium can bubble out of volcanic rocks that drive hydrothermal activity, but that’s not where most of Yellowstone’s helium is coming from, it seems. The park’s gas originates deep in rocks where it’s been stored for hundreds of millions of years, U.S. Geological Survey scientists report today in Nature.Helium is the second-most abundant element in the universe—it’s formed by the nuclear fusion of hydrogen atoms, a process that powers stars—but it’s pretty rare here on Earth. Lucky for birthday-party goers and clowns (and modern medicine), helium can be extracted from reserves of natural gas underground.Helium on Earth can be found in two main forms: Nearly all occurs as helium-4 (named thus because it has two protons and two neutrons), which can be produced during the radioactive decay of heavy elements such as uranium. A tiny fraction (about one in a million) occurs as helium-3 (two protons and one neutron), most of which has been present on Earth since the planet’s formation and is a vestige of material that originally formed the planet.The ratio of helium-3 to helium-4, though, slightly varies and scientists can actually use that ratio to determine the approximate source of any helium they find. Uranium and other heavy elements are more incompatible with minerals found in the Earth's mantle, so these elements filter up to the crust, where their decay produces helium-4. Researchers from the USGS have been collecting gas samples from across Yellowstone for a decade and performing chemical and isotopic analyses of the helium, carbon dioxide and other gases in those samples. The amount of helium-4 that’s being emitted in Yellowstone, they found, exceeds by several orders of magnitude the average amount they'd expect to find elsewhere.

Most of Yellowstone’s helium-4 is at least hundreds of millions—perhaps even billions—of years old, the scientists calculated. Given the amount of gas present, scientists conclude that it probably comes from rocks within very ancient crust known to be buried nearby. This super-old pocket of crust, from the Archaean eon, was formed more than 2.5 billion years ago and contains uranium and other radioactive materials that have been steadily decaying. That would have allowed high concentrations of helium-4 to be captured underground. Then about two million years ago, the Yellowstone hotspot

penetrated these ancient rocks, some of the oldest on the planet, and began releasing the helium-4 stored there along with helium-3 brought up from the mantle.

This discovery probably qualifies as “kind of interesting” for any Yellowstone fans, but for scientists, there might be more important implications. Helium and other noble gases are used to estimate groundwater residence times—for example, scientists assume that the more helium-4 present in water, the longer that water has been sitting in the rocks surrounding it.But the study of helium at Yellowstone shows that some of these assumptions—specifically helium-4 produced by the steady decay of elements found only within the rocks and sediments of the local aquifer—aren’t quite right. The evidence indicates that Helium can suddenly come into a system from unexpected places—a pocket of ancient rock, for instance, or an magma source—so the dates in past calculations, particularly those from aquifers in volcanic regions or near earthquake faults, might be way off because of that extra helium.

It could mean that very ancient structures dozens of miles inside the Earth’s crust are moving, letting this once trapped gas leak to the surface. Helium 4 is non-radioactive isotope of the element helium. It is by far the most abundant of the two naturally occurring isotopes of helium, making up about 99.99986% of the helium on Earth.

Its nucleus is identical to an alpha particle, and consists of two protons and two neutrons. Alpha decay of heavy elements in the Earth's crust is the source of most naturally occurring helium-4 on Earth. While it is also produced by nuclear fusion in stars, most helium-4 in the Sun and in the universe is thought to have been produced by the Big Bang, and is referred to as "primordial helium".

However, the newly measured primordial helium-4 is largely absent from the Earth, having escaped during the high-temperature phase of Earth's formation. Radioactive decay from other elements, such as Thorium or Uranium, is the source of most of the helium-4 found on Earth today, produced after the planet cooled and solidified. These two types of Helium4 are different. Consider a clue that something sudden and very significant has happened in the volcanic chambers beneath Yellowstone.

A recent KSFY exclusive report notes, “If Yellowstone had a super eruption right now […] crops would be lost, making it impossible to feed cattle which would die. Grocery store prices would skyrocket as meat, grains and milk would be in short supply. Face masks would be mandatory as breathing in volcanic ash is essentially the same as breathing in small particles of glass.” And all of this would lead to a Mad Max-like scenario across the U.S..“The people who actively watch this situation seemingly fall into two camps: those who think the Yellowstone volcano will never erupt again and those who think it will happen tomorrow.”, reported KSFY. Any event like this would automatically transfer all State

territories into the direct command and control of the President. All elections would cease until he decided it was all clear.

Russian Spy Infiltrates Wall Street Bank

An alleged Russian spy posing as a banker in Manhattan has been arrested, federal officials said today.

The banker, identified in a criminal complaint as Evgeny Buryakov, is accused of working with agents of Russia’s foreign intelligence service, the SVR, as a “non-official cover” agent.

“Specifically, Buryakov is posing as an employee in the Manhattan office of a Russian bank,” the complaint, unsealed today, says.

Buraykov was arrested as part of an alleged spy ring that involved two other individuals, the Department of Justice said. The other two, identified as Igor Sporyshev and Victor Podobnyy, had worked in the U.S. before on behalf of Russia and were protected by diplomatic immunity. Sporyshev worked as a Trade Representative for Russia in New York until late last year and Podobnyy was an attaché to Russia’s Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, the complaint says.

“These charges demonstrate our firm commitment to combating attempts by covert agents to illegally gather intelligence and recruit spies within the United States,” Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement. “We will use every tool at our disposal to identify and hold accountable foreign agents operating inside this country – no matter how deep their cover.”

Buryakov is listed as the Deputy Representative in the U.S. for Russia's Vnesheconombank, based in Manhattan. A spokesperson at the state-run bank declined to comment to ABC News.

Federal officials say the spy ring was tasked by Moscow with gathering information on, among other things, potential U.S. sanctions against Russia and U.S. efforts to develop alternative energy resources. The three allegedly worked for a particular division of Russian intelligence called “Directorate ER,” which “focuses on economic issues,” according to the complaint.

The FBI began tracking the trio after the 2010 arrests of Anna Chapman and nine other spies known as the “Illegals.” The trio is accused of trying to recruit female spies for Russia.

The three newly uncovered alleged spies regularly met and communicated using clandestine methods and coded messages, in order to exchange intelligence-related information while shielding their associations with one another as SVR agents. To pass

information court records say they held clandestine meetings outdoors where they passed bags, magazines or slips of paper.

American Matrix: The human battery

Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) laid out in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News at the Iowa Freedom Summit the biggest coming scandal of 2015: That the Obama administration is allowing corporations to data mine from healthcare.gov.

“We finally have confirmation—I had anecdotal evidence on that when healthcare.gov started up,” Blackburn said. “They denied, denied, denied. Now we have confirmation that yes, indeed, that what healthcare.gov has done is allowed data mining. What we’re trying to find out now—and we’re investigating—did they make money? Did they sell your data? Who got the money? What pool did that money go to? Did that come back into taxpayer funds? Or, have companies been given free access?”

Blackburn, the vice chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said congressional hearings are in the works right now, too. “Absolutely, you’re going to see hearings on this,” she said, “because the federal government first and foremost has to protect your data.”

Blackburn, a conservative Republican from Nashville, Tennessee, was one of the U.S. House members at the conference that featured several potential 2016 GOP presidential candidates.

Blackburn is someone in Congress who can pull many Republicans from different sides of the party in her direction on an issue, and her keen interest in this Obamacare data mining scandal seems to indicate it will become a big deal moving forward.

“It is totally outrageous,” Blackburn said. “The federal government—think about it like this. They mandate that you go to this website, and that you enter your personal identifying information, healthcare information and sensitive data into this repository. Your file, if you will, at this website.

“Then they transit that website to the IRS, to the Department of Homeland Security, they transit it outside to verify your income and all this information and then they sell it to insurance brokers our outside companies who are going to call you up and try to sell you their product.”

Blackburn said it’s a “huge” crony capitalist system, and they’ve got “all this personal data about all these people who have to buy an insurance product.”

“Somebody is making money off of you,” Blackburn said.

Earlier the week before the Iowa Freedom Summit, the Associated Press broke a story that revealed serious data mining concerns with the Obamacare website. Some top line

findings from the AP article are that data firms may be tracking people as they use the healthcare website and that there were multiple connections to third-party technology firms confirmed by the AP.

“A little-known side to the government’s health insurance website is prompting renewed concerns about privacy, just as the White House is calling for stronger cybersecurity protections for consumers,” the AP wrote. “It works like this: When you apply for coverage on HealthCare.gov, dozens of data companies may be able to tell that you are on the site. Some can even glean details such as your age, income, ZIP code, whether you smoke or if you are pregnant.”

The AP also wrote that the so-called “data firms” have “embedded connections on the government site,” and “ever-evolving technology allows for individual Internet users to be tracked, building profiles that are a vital tool for advertisers.”

“Connections to multiple third-party tech firms were documented by technology experts who analyzed HealthCare.gov, and confirmed by The Associated Press,” the AP wrote. “There is no evidence that personal information from HealthCare.gov has been misused, but the number of outside connections is raising questions.”

This weekend, the AP followed up with another story detailing how the Obama administration has now “reversed course Friday and scaled back the release of personal information from HealthCare.gov.” The AP noted that the Obama administration’s decision to back off using Obamacare-mined data for corporate sales purposes seemed to have come in response to its original investigation.

When asked by Breitbart News if she thinks this will be the biggest scandal of 2015 when all this information comes out in congressional hearings, Blackburn said: “You’re right.”

“Now we know they’re doing it,” Blackburn said. “Now we know.

Benghazi Update

NEW YORK – Documents obtained Monday through a federal court order show State Department officials disseminated the false story that the 2012 Benghazi attack that killed a U.S. ambassador was nothing more than the violent escalation of a demonstration by Muslims against an insulting video, even though they knew it was a coordinated military-style assault.

Among the documents obtained by the Washington-based government watchdog Judicial Watch was a memo sent the day after the Sept. 11, 2012, attack to the U.S. Embassy in Tunis, Tunisia, by the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Command Center titled “Emergency Message to U.S. Citizens: Demonstrations.”

The Diplomatic Security Command Center, or DSCC, was well aware that the attack was carried out by highly organized and armed Islamic militia, because the DSCC was the unit that monitored the attack in real time via video transmissions from a drone.

The message is identical to the emergency message issued by the U.S. Embassy in Tunis and archived on the embassy’s website.

The emergency message reads in the first paragraph: “On September 11, 2012, violent demonstrations took place at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt and at the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, resulting in damage in both locations and casualties in Benghazi. Media reports indicate that demonstrations may take place at the U.S. Embassy in Tunis on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.”

‘They knew’

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said the DSCC “clearly knew in real time that a full-fledged terrorist attack was taking place on September 11 at the U.S. compound in Benghazi, and the American people deserve to be told the truth.”

“We are now into the fourth year of a massive Obama administration cover-up,” Fitton said.

He said the DSCC communiqués “may further help unravel the Obama administration’s growing web of deceit.”

“I’ve always believed that the Benghazi cover-up was about two presidential campaigns – the Obama re-election effort and Hillary Clinton’s nascent presidential campaign. I have little doubt that the State Department is protecting Hillary Clinton with this latest cover-up,” he asserted.

Even after the Benghazi attack, the Obama re-election campaign maintained its narrative that al-Qaida was on the run. The boast would have been impossible to sustain had the State Department told the truth about the terrorist attack in documents such as the emergency warning for U.S. citizens.

Judicial Watch insists the testimony of Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Charlene Lamb under oath to the House Oversight Committee on Oct. 10, 2012, proves the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Command Center knew the Benghazi compound was under hostile fire from the moment the attack began.

“That brings me to the events of September 11 itself,” Lamb testified. “The account I am about to present is based on first-hand reports from several security personnel present

that night. Additionally, I was in our Diplomatic Security Command Center monitoring multiple open lines with our agents for much of the attack.”

“The attack began at approximately 9:40 pm local time,” Lamb continued. “Diplomatic Security agents inside the compound heard loud voices outside the walls, followed by gunfire and an explosion. Dozens of attackers then launched a full-scale assault that was unprecedented in its size and intensity. They forced their way through the pedestrian gate, and used diesel fuel to set fire to the Libyan 17th February Brigade members’ barracks, and then proceeded toward the main building.”

A Judicial Watch statement claimed Lamb’s testimony was in direct conflict with initial false claims by the Obama administration that the attack arose from a spontaneous demonstration in response to an Internet video.

“False information and the lies put out by this office, the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Command Center, that knew even as the Benghazi attack was going on that it was a terrorist attack, recklessly endangered U.S. lives by drafting for the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia claims the Benghazi attack involved only a protest demonstration over a movie,” Fitton said.

“When the State Department only warned U.S. citizens in Tunisia about demonstrations, the U. S. government was lying to them,” he maintained.

“You are making people think they only needed to worry about demonstrations, when the truth was Americans in North Africa needed to know the night before Benghazi was hit by an intense terrorist attack, that came on violently, with heavily armed al-Qaida-backed militia carrying AK-47s and RPGs. ‘Be Warned’ should have been the message, ‘There was a terrorist attack, and you should be very careful right now.”

Fitton stressed that by not telling Americans in Tunisia the truth, the State Department was engaging in “reckless disregard” of their safety.

“To the extent this information was withheld from personnel in the State Department, in Tunisia or elsewhere in the area where U.S. State Department personnel were deployed, these lies placed these people in jeopardy,” Fitton said. “U.S. citizens in Tunisia should have been told honestly to be worried about and to watch out for terrorists, not demonstrators.”

“The State Department Diplomatic Security Command Center knew that Benghazi was a terrorist attack that ended up killing the ambassador, and it was unconscionable for the Obama State Department to lie in the ‘Emergency Message for U.S. Citizens’ we now know the DSCC drafted for the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia to publish.”

Fitton explained why he considered the statement to be a breach of trust between the State Department and State Department personnel deployed internationally, which compounded the offense.

“It’s no wonder the morale of State Department officials overseas was decimated after Benghazi,” he said. “Not only did the State Department and the Obama administration leave Ambassador Stevens and the other brave Americans who died without timely rescue and defense, the State Department with Benghazi tore up that implicit compact that certainly soldiers in the U.S. military have, not only that they won’t be left behind, but also that they won’t be lied to about the dangers they are facing.

Deputy Secretary Starr Twosteps

WASHINGTON – Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, had a crucial but simple question, but he could not get a simple answer.

He repeatedly asked the State Department witness, “Why were we in Benghazi?”

And, repeatedly, the witness dodged the question, referring the congressman to the findings of the Accountability Review Board, or ARB, study of the terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012, that killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Clearly exasperated, Jordan reminded Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security Greg Starr time and again, that, as the State Department witness, he was there to provide answers.

The congressman reminded Starr that the situation in North Africa was so chaotic, and there had been so many attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in 2012, that it was like “the Wild West” and that personnel at the Benghazi compound had repeatedly asked for additional security before the attack, but, “You guys said ‘Nope.’”

Jordan pressed on, asking: “We were in Tripoli (Libya), why did we have to be in Benghazi? What was so important that we didn’t follow (security) standards?”

When Starr again referred Jordan to the ARB, the congressman switched tacks, asking if the State Department had followed the board’s recommendation that it create an undersecretary for diplomatic security, following the security lapses in Benghazi.

Starr replied, “A decision was made not to do it.”

“Why not? Wasn’t security important enough? Did you make that case to Secretary [of State John] Kerry?”

Starr replied he didn’t have sufficient access to the secretary in his previous position, but he now did.

As his time expired, Jordan said the two most important issues remaining were why the post wasn’t created, and the “fundamental question the American people want to know” was still why the U.S. even had a special diplomatic outpost in Benghazi.

Chairman Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., later picked up on Jordan’s line of questioning, but acknowledged Starr had made it clear he was not the right person to ask. So the congressman asked, “Who should we bring to explain why were in Benghazi, Libya?”

“It may well be the that the reason for us to be there superseded all of those episodes of violence, but how can a committee of Congress know that, if no one tells us why we were there?”

“So, you’re not the right person to ask. Who would you ask, if you were us?”

Starr referred Gowdy to the assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern Affairs, or NEA, Anne Patterson, who was, at the time of the Benghazi attack, the U.S. ambassador in Egypt.

“I think Ann or one of the deputy assistant secretaries in the NEA bureau could give you the best answer on that,” replied Starr.

Gowdy thanked him for providing a name and later asked Starr if he knew who had denied requests from the Benghazi personnel for a machine gun to place on the outpost rooftop, among other security improvements.

Starr told Gowdy he would research the question and get back to him.

The congressman said he would meet privately with Starr to further inquire as to why repeated requests for additional security by Benghazi personnel, including Ambassador Stevens, were denied.

Gowdy concluded his questioning by ruefully observing, “Sometimes when everyone is to blame, no one is to blame.”

The exchanges occurred during the second public hearing by a select committee looking into the attack on the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya on Sept, 11, 2012, that killed four Americans, Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

This second public hearing by the select panel on Benghazi may have had had the appearance of deja vu for some observers.

As WND reported, on the first day of the select committee’s hearings on Sept. 17, Gowdy had slipped in the question of the hour during the middle of a heated back-and-forth on State Department security practices.

He asked, “What policy were we pursuing in Libya that was so great we overlooked all the (security) trip wires and risks?”

Starr answered, as he had repeatedly throughout the hearing, that he didn’t know because, “I was not there.”

However, Starr added he thought it was because American diplomats did not want to lose the confidence of the people of Libya.

After the hearing, WND asked Gowdy if he expected anyone would ever give him a substantive answer to his question.

He emphatically said yes, he fully expected to get an answer, eventually.

However, as a hint of a sly grin crossed his face, he added, “Maybe it wasn’t fair to ask these guys.”

On the first day of hearings, both Democrats and Republicans criticized the State Department for the security changes it still has not made since the attack.

Jordan unleashed a scathing critique of the State Department’s reaction to the attacks on Benghazi.

He blasted “the arrogance of the State Department” for ignoring the top recommendations of a board set up to make security recommendations after the attack.

The top recommendation, by the Independent Panel on Best Practices, was the creation of an undersecretary for diplomatic security.

That position was meant to put responsibility and accountability for the security of overseas posts on one person. Jordan noted it had been called for years ago by former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright after the attacks on the U.S. embassies in East Africa.

Jordan called it the one thing “everything else hinges on” to save lives and wondered aloud “what’s it going to take” to implement the top recommendations made to save lives.

The congressman made his remarks while questioning Todd Keil, who spent 23 years as a special agent with State Department security and was a member of the Best Practices panel.

Keil testified, even after Benghazi, the State Department still lacks a risk management process.

“If a place is not safe, leave,” he summed up.

While questioning Keil, Jordan established:

The State Department refused numerous requests for additional security support at the Benghazi facility made by the Ambassador Stevens and others.

Instead, the State Department actually reduced the number of security forces in Benghazi.

The State Department also ignored its own safety standards in the months before the attack on Benghazi.

And, the State Department did not follow its own procedure to exempt the Benghazi mission from the safety standards required for all overseas facilities.

“Now’s the time, clear the smoke, remove the mirrors, institute some real meaningful and progressive change,” Keil implored, saying all the recommendations ring hollow without follow-up actions.

Emphatically agreeing with that assessment, Jordan added: “They didn’t listen to the guys on the ground who put their lives on the line. They didn’t follow their own standards that were developed in 1983 after the Beirut embassy bombing. They didn’t follow the waiver process to deviate from those standards. And now they’re not following the Best Practices panel’s number one recommendation.

“The Ranking Member in his opening remarks said this is a transformational moment. Well, somebody better tell the State Department that.”

On this first day of the Select Committee on Benghazi, both Democrats and Republicans grilled the State Department’s representative over security at diplomatic outposts at Benghazi and elsewhere.

To GOP questions about specific security lapses before and during the attack on Benghazi, Starr repeatedly answered he didn’t know because he wasn’t there.

Rep. Lynn Westmoreland, R-Ga., tried to counter that tactic by saying Starr must have read the reports of that day. She asked him what measures had been taken as the security situation at Benghazi increasingly worsened in the weeks prior to the attack, including an explosion that blew a hole in the wall of the mission.

Starr replied he presumed it was “the usual” precautions a regional security officer, or RSO, would take, such as trying to establish safe havens inside the facility and alerting the guards.

The top Democrat on the committee, Rep. Elijah Cummings, R-Md., welcomed an assurance from Starr that the State Department was in the process of implementing all 29 recommendations from the Accountability Review Board, or ARB, after Benghazi.

But even the Democrat grew irritated with the State Department representative over the slow pace of implementing recommended security changes, demanding “definite timetables so we can hold somebody accountable.”

Cummings said he promised the father of Ty Woods, one of the four Americans killed in the attack, he would make it safer for those stationed abroad.

The congressman recommended that Gowdy even hold a separate hearing on the progress, or lack of progress, made implementing recommendations.

Jordan also severely questioned the integrity and independence of the ARB report, noting the board failed to interview either former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or her then-chief of staff, Cheryl Mills.

In fact, Jordan noted, Mills was actually getting tipped off as to what was in the report and effectively got to vet it before its release.

Mills was also a key figure in a bombshell revelation made by investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson, when a former State Department diplomat told her two members of the former secretary of state’s inner circle supervised the removal of damaging documents from those turned over to the ARB.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, told Fox News one of the aides was Mills and the other was Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan, who had who previously worked on Clinton’s presidential campaign and then Obama’s. Mills was also a former White House counsel who had defended President Bill Clinton during his impeachment trial.

Former Deputy Assistant Secretary Raymond Maxwell told Attkisson the removal of select documents happened in a basement at the State Department on a weekend. Maxwell was in the department charged with collecting documents and emails for the board looking into Benghazi but was not invited to the session. He heard about it and decided to check it out.

He said he was told they were pulling out any documents that might put anybody on the “seventh floor” in a bad light. He said “seventh floor” was shorthand for Clinton and her advisers.

It matters not that when caught the government promises to dial back or that [FOX News'] James Rosen gets an apology. The message has already been received. If you cross this administration with perfectly accurate reporting they don't like, you will be attacked and punished. You and your sources may be subjected to the kind of surveillance devised for enemies of the state.

For much of history, the United States has held itself out as a model of freedom, democracy, and open accountable government. Freedoms of expression and association are of course protected by the constitution. Today those freedoms are under

assault due to government policies of secrecy, leak prevention, and officials contact with the media, combined with large scale surveillance programs. The Attorney General nominee, Loretta Lynch, if confirmed must chart a new course to prevent the targeting of reporters, bloggers, and others who speak out about the wrongdoing of the government. If we aren't grave enough to confront these concerns, it could do serious long-term damage to a supposedly free press.

Maxwell said he became a scapegoat when put on administrative leave after Benghazi. He was never charged with any violations and eventually cleared of any wrongdoing.

He said, when he complained about being put on leave while facing no formal accusations, a State Department ombudsman told him: ‘You are taking this all too personally, Raymond. It is not about you,” Maxwell recalls.

He said she told him, “It’s not about you; it’s about Hillary and 2016.”

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy told WND he thought Benghazi was President Obama’s worst scandal and an impeachable offense, because of a dereliction of duty that cost four American lives.

McCarthy was not alone in his assessment of the gravity of the scandal.

On the two-year anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2012, attack, Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, told an Oklahoma radio station he believed the Obama administration’s Benghazi cover-up would become the biggest scandal in U.S. history.

McCarthy is a New York Times bestselling author, Fox News analyst, contributing editor at National Review and a former adviser to the deputy secretary of defense. As chief assistant U.S. attorney in New York, he successfully prosecuted the perpetrators of the first World Trade Center bombing.

He told WND: “To me, the most offensive of the president’s derelictions involves Benghazi,” which, he said, goes back to the war on Libya when, “the president really initiated, unprovoked, a war on a regime that was then being represented by our government as a key American counter-terrorism ally.”

That error was compounded, McCarthy stated, because the administration “switched sides” in a way that inevitably empowered the jihadis in Eastern Libya, about whom Gadhafi was actually giving the U.S. intelligence.

“They follow up that with a really shocking failure to provide security for Americans who, for some reason, still not explained, are assigned to Benghazi, which is one of the most dangerous places on the planet for Americans,” he observed.

Following that, McCarthy noted, as the jihadis continued to hit Western targets and other countries removed their diplomatic personnel, “we not only leave our people in, but we reduce security.”

“That, inevitably, leads to the September 11, 2012, attack, which is an act of war in which our ambassador is killed,” he said.

“The enemy, who we are at war with already, attacks an American installation and the administration responds to that with this ridiculous story about how it was generated by an anti-Muslim video under circumstances where it’s clear that they knew it was a terrorist attack.”

Inhofe emphatically drove that point home, saying four key members of the administration – former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, CIA Director John Brennan, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey and National Intelligence Director James Clapper – had said the proof that the attack on the consulate was a planned, terrorist operation was “unequivocal.”

“All four of them used the word ‘unequivocal,’” the senator insisted. “It was unequivocal, on that day we knew that it was an organized, terrorist attack.”

“Dereliction of duty is one of the more profound impeachable offenses,” McCarthy told WND.

The former federal prosecutor used both his legal acumen and knowledge of history to explain why that was the case.

“There’s a common misconception that ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ means criminal offenses like we find in the penal code, like I used to have to try to enforce when I was a federal prosecutor,” he said.

“But, what the framers meant by high crimes and misdemeanors, which was a British term of art, was gross maladministration of the government. And it entails not only things which would be indictable offenses, but a broad range of things.

“It’s actually much more like military justice concept where dereliction of duty, failure to follow an oath, and the like, are pretty straight-forward impeachable offenses. I think it’s unfortunate that people think a president has to be indictable before he is removable.”

McCarthy detailed that contention in his recent book, “Faithless Execution: Building the Political Case for Obama’s Impeachment.”

In an interview, he told WND there is no question about Obama’s lawlessness. But, as he outlines in the book, it is not feasible to impeach the president without public support.

That public support might grow with an increasing stream of new revelations about Benghazi, as, even two years after the attack, evidence is quickly mounting to support McCarthy’s assertion there was a dereliction of duty.

Three survivors of the Benghazi attack, members of a security team at the secret CIA annex, told Fox News a top CIA official prevented them from responding to the attack at the compound, a mile away, even though they were getting calls from State Department employees begging for help.

Thirty minutes later, the team defied orders and went to the compound, but it was too late.

They believed the delay cost the lives of Ambassador Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service officer Sean Smith.

The team members said they also requested air support, but it never arrived.

Additionally, the government watchdog group Judicial Watch revealed it obtained documents that show the State Department was warned nearly three months before the attack the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi was not only unsafe, it was likely a death trap.

Using a Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, lawsuit to obtain the documents, Judicial Watch said it found top State Department officials were explicitly warned that security guards were abandoning their posts “out of fear of their safety.”

Furthermore, the groups said the documents also warned that an explosion outside the compound wall had “created a fear factor when it came to working the night shift.”

U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens, killed in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012

The documents showed Department of State Contract Specialist Neal Kern was warned that the number of local security guards leaving their posts had put the U.S. Benghazi Mission at risk.

Judicial Watch noted that two months before the attack Ambassador Stevens himself requested more help but the request was refused by both the Departments of State and Defense.

The group also pointed out how Chris Hicks, the former deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli, told the Wall Street Journal almost two years ago how security

personnel had dropped from 30 in July 2012 to only 11 diplomatic security agents under Steven’s authority on the night of the attack.

Judicial Watch also said “additional emails confirmed that in the months leading up to the terrorist attack, State Department officials were repeatedly informed of the Benghazi security staffing problems.”

It also found “the State Department’s local militia ‘security’ feared for their own safety and wouldn’t even show up to provide necessary protection.”

Accusations of State Department responsibility for the deaths at Benghazi and dereliction of duty on the part of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were detailed with the release of investigative journalist Aaron Klein’s new work from WND Books, “The REAL Benghazi Story: What the White House Doesn’t Want You to Know.”

Klein said Clinton misled the public about her role in helping to secure the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi and may have even deceived lawmakers during her public testimony probing the attacks.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton replying “What difference does it make at this point anyway?” when asked by a Senate committee on Jan. 23, 2013 what caused the attack on Benghazi.

The author asked: “[By signing the waivers,] did Clinton know she was approving a woefully unprotected compound? If not then at the very least she is guilty of dereliction of duty and the diplomatic equivalent of criminal negligence.”

Also revealed in the book:

Clinton, together with then-CIA Director David H. Petraeus, were the architects of a plan to arm the Libyan and Syrian rebels.

Public sources in a systematic connect-the-dots exercise indicate both the U.S. mission and the nearby CIA annex in Benghazi were involved in coordinating U.S. aid transfers to rebels in the Middle East, with particular emphasis on shipping weapons to jihadis fighting the regime of Bashar al-Assad of Syria.

The compound itself was deliberately set up with minimal security so as not to attract attention to what the author reports were secretive activities taking place inside the mission, activities for which Clinton herself was a central player.

Clinton’s claim that the intelligence community believed the attacks were a spontaneous protest in response to a “hateful video” is called into question by numerous revelations.

Clinton placed the blame for the controversial talking points squarely with the CIA without mentioning the State Department contributed to the manufacturing of the points.

Clinton wrongly wrote that the closest U.S. Special Forces that could have responded to the attacks were “standing by in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, but they would take several hours to muster and were more than five thousand miles away.”

Klein notes it has been confirmed Special Forces known as C-110, or the EUCOM CIF, were on a training mission in Croatia the night of the attack. The distance between Croatia’s capital, Zagreb, and Benghazi is about 925 miles. The C-110 is a rapid-response team that exists for emergencies like terrorist attacks against U.S. embassies abroad.

Clinton’s assertion “no one in the State Department, the intelligence community, any other agency, ever recommended that we close Benghazi. We were clear-eyed about the threats and the dangers as they were developing in eastern Libya and in Benghazi” was contradicted by her top deputies, including officials known to be close to her who were responsible for some major denials of security at the compound, such as Undersecretary Patrick Kennedy, who cancelled the use in Tripoli of a DC-3 aircraft that could have aided in the evacuation of the Benghazi victims.

Kennedy also denied permission to build guard towers at the Benghazi mission and approved the withdrawal of a security support team, or SST, that special U.S. forces specifically maintained for counter-attacks on U.S. embassies or threats against diplomatic personnel.

Clinton’s contention she was not informed of the general nature of security at the Benghazi facility, even though she was known to have taken a particular interest in the compound.

Clinton reportedly called for the compound to be converted into a permanent mission before a scheduled trip to Libya in December 2012 that eventually was canceled.

Clinton failed to mention Stevens may have gone to Benghazi for a project that she specifically requested, what Hicks called Clinton’s wish to convert the shanty complex into a permanent mission in a symbol of the new Libya, so she could announce the establishment of a permanent U.S. State Department facility during her planned visit there in December 2012

Witness Tampering: Obama

The Obama administration has been using General David Petraeus’ legal predicament over an extramarital affair to keep him “on a leash” and prevent him from him from providing “devastating testimony” on Benghazi, charges Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas.

“We’re not even getting to the people that really have the most direct information,” Gohmert said in a radio interview Sunday. “Have you not wondered about Petraeus being so silent all this time?”

Gohmert was speaking on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s AM 970 The Answer.

Petraeus was director of the Central Intelligence Agency at the time of the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, Sept. 11, 2012. The retired four-star general resigned, however, two months later, citing an extramarital affair reportedly discovered through an FBI investigation.

Since then, further investigations by the FBI and Justice Department have alleged Petraeus leaked classified documents to his mistress, prompting a recommendation felony charge be brought against him. So far, however, he has not been formally charged.

Gohmert cited Petraeus’ legal troubles as just the kind of ammunition the White House could use to keep the former CIA director quiet about what really happened in Benghazi and the immediate aftermath, when the administration took public criticism for a series of misleading “talking points” about the attack.

“They’ve got an investigation that has been pending all that time, and it’s something they had known about for nearly a year and perhaps longer about the affair [Petraeus] had been having, but amazingly it doesn’t come up until he is in a position to say exactly where the talking points came from and how they were changed by the White House or someone,” Gohmert said. “He could have given very devastating testimony, and yet they’ve kept him on a leash and he’s not come out and blasted the White House when we found out that those were not the talking points that came from the CIA.”

This was not the first time Gohmert raised questions about the administration’s handling of the Petraeus affair.

During remarks on the House floor earlier this month, Gohmert implied the administration was using the case to silence Petraeus on Benghazi.

“This administration knows that General Petraeus has information that would virtually destroy any credibility that the administration might still have nationally and internationally,” Gohmert said. “So what else would this administration do but leave over

his head for over a year and a half the threat, ‘We’re going to prosecute you, so you’d better keep your mouth shut’?”

Military Accusation of Treason

s the demonstration of a military chain-of-command relationship between the Libyan Muslim Brotherhood leadership of the TNC and the Al Qaeda-affiliated militia (Ansar al-Shariah) that has been named responsible for the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi,” the interim Rreport concluded.

“What we have here is the Muslim Brotherhood leadership of the revolution giving a kill order to a Muslim militia affiliated with al-Qaida, which then carried it out,” Lopez summarized. “This chain-of-command link is important even though it has not yet received enough attention in the media.

A big ‘oh no’ moment

“After Gadhafi is deposed and Stevens was appointed U.S. ambassador to Libya, the flow of weapons reverses,” Lopez noted. “Now Stevens has the job of overseeing the shipment of arms from Libya to Syria to arm the rebels fighting Assad, some of whom ultimately become al-Nusra in Syria and some become ISIS.”

Lopez distinguished that “al-Nusra in Syria still claims allegiance to al-Qaida, while ISIS has broken away from al-Qaida, not because ISIS is too violent, but out of insubordination, after Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, wanted to run his own show inside Syria as well as Iraq, thereby disobeying orders from al-Qaida leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri.”

She noted that in this period of time, after the fall of Gadhafi and before the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the Benghazi compound, Stevens was working with Turkey to ship weapons out of Libya into Syria for the use of the rebels fighting Assad.

According to the authors of the bestselling book “13 Hours,” on Sept. 11, 2012, before the attack on the Benghazi compound started, Stevens had dinner with Turkish Consul General Ali Sait Akin. Stevens reportedly escorted the Turkish diplomat outside the main gate of the Benghazi compound to say good-bye to Akin at approximately 7:40 p.m. local time, before he returned to Villa C to retire for the evening.

Kevin Shipp, a former CIA counterintelligence expert who worked on the seventh floor at Langley as protective staff to then-CIA Director William Casey, again speaking for himself in his interview with WND, agreed with Lopez that the gun-running operation Stevens managed is a secret the Obama White House and Clinton State Department have sought to suppress from the public.

“The shocking part, maybe even a violation of international law that the Obama administration has been terrified to have fully revealed, is that Stevens as part of his

duties as a State Department employee was assisting in the shipment of arms first into Libya for the al-Qaida-affiliated militia, with the weapons shipped subsequently out of Libya into Syria for use by the al-Qaida-affiliated rebels fighting Assad,” Shipp told WND.

“Very possibly, these gun-running activities could be looked at even as treasonable offenses,” he said.

Shipp further noted that in gun-running operations in which the CIA wants deniability, the CIA generally involves a third party.

“The way the CIA works is through a ‘cut-out,’ in that you get Qatar to transport the weapons and you facilitate the transport. So now the third party is to blame,” he explained.

“Qatar probably would have been able to pull this off without any attribution to the CIA if the Benghazi attack had not happened. The attack basically shed the light on this operation the White House, the State Department and the CIA were trying to keep quiet,” he said.

“The attack on Benghazi was a big ‘oh no’ moment.

The Right Hand Hiding from the Left Hand

The extensive Senate report on the Sept. 11, 2012, Benghazi attack dropped a major, unreported bombshell: The commander of U.S. forces in Africa was not aware of the existence of the besieged CIA annex.

The staggering detail raises the question of what was transpiring at the fated annex and nearby U.S. special mission and why key members of the Defense Department, including those responsible for responding to emergency situations, were not aware of it.

Questions now must be also raised as to why, on the night of attack, command of an elite unit known as C-110, or the EUCOM CIF, was reportedly transferred from the military’s European command to AFRICOM, or the United States Africa Command.

Page 28 of the 85-page report states:

“With respect to the role of DoD and AFRICOM in emergency evacuations and rescue operations in Benghazi, the Committee received conflicting information on the extent of the awareness within DoD of the Benghazi Annex. According to U.S. AFRICOM, neither the command nor its Commander were aware of an annex in Benghazi, Libya.

“However, it is the Committee’s understanding that other DoD personnel were aware of the Benghazi Annex.”

Page 77 of the report further divulges that Gen. Carter Ham, then-commander of U.S. Africa Command, “was not even aware there was a CIA annex in Benghazi at the time of the attacks.”

Continued the Senate report: “We are puzzled as to how the military leadership expected to effectively respond and rescue Americans in the event of an emergency when it did not even know of the existence of one of the U.S. facilities.”

Another question comes to mind. Why were highly trained mercenaries based at the Annex in Benghazi, if their primary duty was not to provide protection for the Ambassador’s compound? Being stationed two miles away in a city like Benghazi is like being in the next State. It is much more likely that a CIA gun running operation was shipping missiles, rockets, and grenades to Al-Qaeda under direct orders from the White House. If the high-level direct “stand down” orders indicate anything, they point to an effort to keep anyone from learning what was really being brokered through the Ambassador to Turkey; weapons for Al Qaeda.

On the night of the attack, Ham was placed in charge of the C-110, a 40-man Special Ops force maintained for rapid response to emergencies. The force was trained for deployment for events like the Benghazi attack. Command was transferred from the military’s European command to Ham in the middle of the attack, but when Ham ordered the teed-up rescue team to launch, it was against direct orders to stand down. He arrested in less than 60 seconds by officers who had been briefed in advance to do should Ham assert his rank and try to engage anyway.

The C-110, which had reportedly been training in Croatia during the attack, was not deployed to respond in Benghazi. Instead it was ordered to return to its forward operating base in Italy, while Ham’s officers listened to the cries for help over the radio as the staff were murdered over the next 6 hours. Had they deployed when Ham gave the order, Stevens would have been saved.

Given the cold deception that was marketed to the world over the next 4 years, you would think that was the plan all along. Like Vince Foster, close friendship and strong ethics are threats to people like Clintons and the Obamas.

A former State Department official under Hillary Clinton claims confidants engaged in an after-hours operation to “separate” damaging documents before State Department materials were turned over to the Accountability Review Board investigating the Benghazi attacks.

Former Deputy Assistant Secretary Raymond Maxwell told reporter Sharyl Attkisson the deed was done during off hours on the weekend “in a basement operations-type center at State Department headquarters in Washington, D.C.,” the Daily Signal reported

Attkisson the Benghazi documents were sifted in the basement of the State Department’s Foggy Bottom headquarters.

He said he personally observed boxes and stacks of documents and that a female State Department office director known to be close to Clinton’s top advisers was present.

“She told me, ‘Ray, we are to go through these stacks and pull out anything that might put anybody in the [Near Eastern Affairs] front office or the seventh floor in a bad light,’” Maxwell said.

The “seventh floor” is a reference to Clinton and her top directors.

“I asked her, ‘But isn’t that unethical?’ She responded, ‘Ray, those are our orders.’

The Defense Attorney GeneralThe new attorney general will complete the process of transforming America. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) got down to the nitty-gritty in the Senate Judiciary confirmation hearings for Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch, asking Eric Holder’s potential replacement to explicate the constitutional difference between gay marriage and polygamy.

“If the Supreme Court rules that same-sex marriage bans are unconstitutional, it violates the constitution for a state to try to limit marriage between a man and a woman, that’s clearly the law of the land unless there’s a constitutional amendment to change it, what legal rationale will be in play that would prohibit polygamy?” Graham asked.

“What’s the legal difference between a ban on same-sex marriage being unconstitutional but a ban on polygamy being constitutional? Could you try to articulate how one could be banned under the constitution and the other not?”

“Well, senator, I have not been involved in the argument or analysis of the cases that have gone before the Supreme Court,” Lynch replied. “And I’m not comfortable undertaking legal analysis without having had the ability to undertake a review of the relevant facts and the precedent there. So I certainly would not be able to provide you with that analysis at this point in time, but I look forward to continuing the discussions with you.”

Graham then asked, “Do you believe waterboarding is torture?”

“Waterboarding is torture, Senator,” Lynch said in her testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee. “And thus illegal.”

Now, why did she not say…Again Senator, I have not been involved in the argument….?” Because she has an agenda. But, what is that agenda?

The head of the National Labor Relations Board, Craig Becker, writes “employers should be stripped of any legally cognizable interest in their employees' election of representatives.” Fn.4. The article approaches union representation elections from the viewpoint that every workplace should be unionized that that

without union representation workers are essentially disenfranchised as concerns the terms and conditions of their employment, thus analogizing that non-union workers are similar to “non-voting member[s] of a society.” Just to make the point, illegal aliens are non-voting members of a society.

Becker believes that workers do not have the right to choose to not be represented by unions. “At first blush it might seem fair to give workers the choice to remain unrepresented. By Any Means PossibleIsraeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party hit back Sunday at a U.S.-linked organization staffed with former Obama campaigners now working to defeat Netanyahu in an upcoming general election.

Victory 2015, or V15, attracted U.S. media attention after it hired 270 Strategies, a consulting firm whose senior leadership is comprised mostly of former top staffers for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.

During a press conference Sunday, the Likud Party officially accused V15 and other related nonprofits of being supported “through millions of dollars funneled from Europe, the U.S. and the New Israel Fund and international factors interested in bringing down Prime Minister Netanyahu” who think “that all means are appropriate.”

The Likud further called for Israel’s Central Elections Committee to outlaw V15′s activities to “ensure the integrity of the election.”

The party today will be filing an official complaint with the Committee seeking an injunction against V15, Likud sources said. Reacting to the developments, Uri Wollman, V15′s spokesman, told WND his organization will not stop its campaign to ensure a center-left coalition forms the next government in Israel.

Wollman accused Netanyahu and the Likud of “fabricating” a relationship between V15 and the Obama administration.

“We have no relation to any U.S. political party, the White House or the State Department,” Wollman told WND. Confirming the official Likud complaint, the contents of which were shared with WND, Wollman conceded the V15 effort against Netanyahu is funded primarily by three private philanthropists, two of whom are American:

S. Daniel Abraham, the billionaire founder of the Slim Fast food line. Abraham is a major donor to the Democratic Party and the Clinton Foundation

Daniel Lubetzky, a social entrepreneur whose OneVoice Movement is partnered with V15

Alon Kastiel, a Tel Aviv-based businessman and owner of multiple local venues, including bars, clubs and hotels.

Like any corporation that feeds off the public lust for drugs, alcohol, and free handouts, OneVoice seeks to seduce Israel into the same hand-fed bunch of Jews that are captive in Europe. They want to be placed in control over the military defense of Israel, the same way Obama as been placed over the military defense of the US. Under Obama’s leadership, they want to dismantle the nation’s defenses the same way he has done in America. Lower the gates, drop the guard, and replace the best military officers with educated dopes who know suspect nothing and trust their supreme leader. And then, call in the swords to cut down the faithful while the masses are powerless to do anything to stop it.

WND previously visited V15′s Tel Aviv headquarters and interviewed the group’s founder, Nimrod Dweck, who explained the ultimate goal of his campaign was to ensure “center and left parties will form the next coalition.”

State Department tiesV15′s headquarters is actually the offices of a U.S.-U.K. group calling itself OneVoice.OneVoice is an organization in a long list of those that consider themselves impartial and committed to dialogue on both sides of the “Arab-Israeli conflict.” According to its website, “OneVoice is an international grassroots movement that amplifies the voice of mainstream Israelis and Palestinians, empowering them to propel their elected representatives toward the two state solution and an end to the conflict and occupation.” (Of course, the Palestinians have no elected representatives, as Mahmoud Abbas’ presidential term ended in 2009. Since being elected to power in Gaza in 2006, Hamas has also not held any elections).  Though well intentioned, OneVoice is an organization that makes peace harder to attain by not addressing the root causes of the Arab war against Israel. 

Its programs are supposed to be balanced, consisting of three presenters; one Palestinian Arab who speaks about the Palestinian Arab perspective; one Israeli who speaks about the Israeli perspective; and one American who initiates the discussion and gives an overview of the “conflict.” However, in reality the program is far from balanced.At San Jose State University, the Palestinian Arab gave a one-sided presentation about how the Palestinian Arabs are victims of Israeli occupation and oppression, as expected; the Israeli gave a somewhat even-handed talk, though omitted many

significant details; and the American–who is supposed to be the unbiased one–gave an anti-Israel talk. Not exactly neutral.

Here are some highlights:In her overview of the conflict, the first thing the American representative mentioned was the “military occupation in the West Bank for the last 47 years,” and how the Israelis keep building settlements which are confiscating Palestinian Arab land.

According to OneVoice, the “conflict” started in 1967, which, of course, is not true. She mentioned nothing about the massacres of Jews in Jerusalem and Hebron years before Israel even became a state in 1948. She did not mention that the Palestinian Arabs, after declining the United Nation’s plan for a two-state solution in 1947, joined the surrounding Arab countries in their attack of the nascent Jewish State, promising to push the Jews into the sea.

OneVoice is reportedly sponsored by scores of nonprofits and received two grants in the past year from the U.S. State Department. The organization IRS foundation code is a 170(b)(1)(a)(vi) organization, which indicates it receives a substantial part of its support from a governmental unit or the general public. The complex network of non-profit companies launders money to the organization. They, in turn, pay high salaries to Obama’s “former aides” to organize the community in Israel to drown out the true history if Israel with their revision.

The US State Department, once under the direction of Hillary Clinton and now under the deceptively pro-Israel guidance of John Kerry, is listed as a major partner of OneVoice on the group’s website.

OneVoice development and grants officer Christina Taler told the Washington Free Beacon that “no government funding” has gone toward the V15 voter mobilization effort. The record speaks for itself. Most of its funding comes directly, through a maze of non-profits, to OneVoice for its propaganda program.

V15′s complete takeover of OneVoice’s Tel Aviv offices, however, raise legal questions not only about the grant usage, but also about the State Department’s current partnership with OneVoice.

Indeed, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has called for an investigation into the State Department’s ties to OneVoice and the group’s anti-Netanyahu effort. Aside from the State Department, OneVoice is also openly partnered with Google, the U.K. Labour Party and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.

‘Obama army’ deploys to Tel AvivOneVoice is now following orders to remove Netanyahu from office by President Obama. For its anti-Netanyahu campaign, OneVoice and V15 recently hired 270 Strategies, whose founder is ex-Obama campaign staffer Jeremy Bird.

Bird is a phenomenally gifted data miner accessing and analyzing cell phone, shopping, credit, employment, and voting records, who served as the deputy director for Obama’s 2008 campaign and was the national field director for the president’s massive re-election machine. Nimrod admitted that Bird’s organizing skills are central to designing the evolving V15 battle plan to remove Netanyahu and replace him with a communist puppet.

“Israelis don’t know how to run field (operations) as Americans [do], and that was the major contribution of Jeremy’s team,” he said. Bird has provided “very professional help about how to organize, manage people, how to go door-to-door, how to talk to people on the street, and how to mine profiles for possible members in the Party” Nimrod said.

270 Strategies’ team of 45 staffers includes 16 members who worked directly for Obama’s campaigns. Most of the former Obama staffers hold senior posts at the firm. Others worked for the Democratic Party, the Democratic National Committee or grassroots groups involved in progressive efforts, including a group to enroll Americans in Obamacare.

The involvement of Bird’s team has ignited reports in some conservative media outlets that Obama or his surrogate are attempting to influence the Israeli elections.Nimrod dismissed those claims as “bullshit.”

“It’s a matter of finding the right professionals,” he continued. “And if I need to pick the best professional in the world for the job, [Bird] knows what he is doing. 270 [Strategies] is a great company.”

Besides the initial work to organize the group’s efforts, Nimrod said he and V15 continue to consult with Bird and his firm on a regular basis. The conservative blogosphere is largely focusing on the involvement of Bird in the V15 campaign.A closer look at Bird’s consulting firm as well as its working relationship with the Israeli groups finds he is just one of scores of former senior Obama election campaign staffers now working on the anti-Netanyahu effort.

Besides Bird, the 270 Strategies team includes the following former Obama staffers: Mitch Steward, a 270 Strategies founding partner who helped the Obama

campaign build what the U.K. Guardian called “a historic ground operation that will provide the model for political campaigns in America and around the world for years to come.”

Mark Beatty, a founding partner who served as deputy battleground states director for the Obama campaign. He had primary responsibility for Obama’s election plans for the battleground states.

Marlon Marshall, a founding partner of 270 Strategies, issued the following statement today regarding his plan to return to the grassroots consulting firm on January 5:

270 Strategies is a billion dollar propaganda engine that would make Germany proud. If there is a leftist agenda that has the money, 270 Strategies probably is working for them. Here is a short list:

He left Mississippi and became Virginia’s governor. He immediately ordered that law abiding gun owners turn in their rifles. More than 105 thousand law abiding citizens of Virginia refused to comply.

With the appointment of Loretta Lynch as the new AG, millions of illegal aliens will be drafted into the Union, making it the largest labor union on Earth.

Now, do you see what is going on in Israel? Now, do you see the game plan? If Obama is not at the top of the food chain, then who is? Who is it that orders 40 of the world’s leaders to the streets of France to show national solidarity? Who is it that wants Netanyahu out of the way so badly?
