• Cause : direct impact of enamel
• Various patterns
• Infarctions are over looked if direct illumination is used.
Clinical Findings
• Fractures with out pulpal involvement
• More often
• Single tooth
• Occasionally central lobe
• May be associated with luxation injuries
• Crown fracture of un erupted tooth
