Design and plan your buildingThe Elliott Modular building system comprises of three practical sizes of modules -

7.2m, 9.6m and 12m, all with a nominal 3.1m internal width.

Delivery and installationThe delivery and installation of every Elliott Modular building is assigned to one of our

experienced Project Managers who, together with an experienced installation team,

will ensure your finished building is delivered and installed to meet your programme

and that all necessary Heath & Safety requirements are met whilst on site. The overall

speed of installation creates a finished building in a much shorter timescale than

traditionally constructed buildings and is less affected by adverse weather conditions.

When renting from Elliott Modular the same high standard will be provided during

dismantling and collection of modules from site.

OptionsWith every Elliott Modular building we offer a choice of options to meet your individual

requirements. Options range from air conditioning, to create a more pleasant working

environment in the warmer months, to fire and security alarms to help protect you and your

premises. There are many additional options available which include entrance steps, ramps,

suspended ceilings, emergency lighting, window blinds or additional window types

Decant designsElliott Modular has an enviable reputation in providing decant facilities for a whole

host of applications including offices, workplaces and particularly, schools. We specialise in

providing decant solutions for Building Schools for the Future (BSF) whereby a whole school

can be transferred to a temporary modular building whilst existing facilities are being

refurbished or a new school is constructed. Facilities can be provided to rent or buy to either

single or multi storeys. The layout below shows a two storey facility but other larger facilities

can also be provided. We would ask you to contact us for the best advice when planning

to decant people in your organisation.

Office designsThe layouts shown below are a small sample of those we can provide that can be used as offices

for 5, 10 or 20 persons. Of course, if you need to accommodate a much larger workforce then

we have modular buildings available to other layouts to either rent or buy. Alternatively, if

you wish to use modular buildings to your own bespoke design then these can also be provided.

Welfare designsElliott Modular has vast experience in providing welfare facilities for large workforces across

a broad range of industries to rent or buy either single or multi storeys. The designs below

show standard layouts with the necessary requirements used in providing welfare facilities

for 100 and 150 persons. Should you need to accommodate a larger workforce please

Technical informationElliott Modular buildings are available in single or multi-storey format and are delivered to site in

single modules and installed either end to end or side by side. The flexibility of these module sizes

allows a wide range of sizes and shapes to be produced and the completed building is only

restricted by the limitations of the site.

Our modules are supplied in accordance with the following:
