IMPORTANT CAMP DEPOSIT AND SCHEDULED PAYMENT INFORMATIONThere is a $25 per week deposit to hold your child’s place in a camp with scheduled payments (EFT). This fee will be deducted from the total cost of camp. At the time of registration, the bal-ance due must be guaranteed with authorization on a credit card, which will be processed on the scheduled payment dates. Camp registration is on a first come, first served basis.

WHAT IS AN EFT? ***PLEASE READ***EFT is an electronic fund transfer that will automatically deduct your scheduled payment from your checking account or credit card. The EFT program will save you time with its convenience. It will also save you the worry of making payment deadlines and avoiding any late fees.How it works (registering in person)1. Complete all necessary program registration applications and the EFT agreement form.2. If using a credit or debit card, you must include your account number and expiration date and signature.3. If you want the payment taken from your checking account, fill out the routing number and account number and attach a voided check to the EFT agreement form. Deposit slips will not be accepted.4. Your information will then be entered into the Park District’s secure computer system.5. The EFT payment will be processed with the District’s banking institution on the assigned day of your scheduled payment or the next business day.How it works (registering online)When using our online HOTReg registration system, you must check the box with each registration you enter for the scheduled payment option. The credit/debit card used at the time of checkout will be held securely in the Park District’s computer system and fu-ture payments will be processed on the dates listed listed under the camp payment options information. CAMP WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICYIn order to receive a full refund, notification to withdraw from a camp must be received by the registration deadline date. Please refer to the brochure for specific camp registration deadlines.

Withdrawal/refund requests made after the registration deadline may be assessed a 10% (minimum $5, maximum $25) service fee per program based on the total program cost. These requests must be initi-ated by completing a withdrawal/refund request form, available at the Pavilion and Al Hattendorf Center customer service counters or online. Notification to withdraw from a contractual camp must be received by the registration deadline or a refund will not be issued. Contractual programs are identified by a . After the class start date, withdrawals may be given on a pro-rated basis from the date of the submitted refund request, less the service fee.

Withdrawals/refunds will not be issued after the camp has been completed. Due to the demand for participation in the Part District amps and the limited number of paces available, refunds willnot be issued for camp days that participants are unable to attend.

Registration Information HOW DO I REGISTER?OPTION 1: ONLINE - Registration for all camps can be done online using our HOTReg system! To use the Elk Grove Park District online registration system (HOTReg) at www.elkgroveparks.org you will need the following information:· Login ID· Family PIN number· Valid email address· The barcode number of the camps you wish to register· A valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover If you do not know your Login ID and Family PIN number, and have previously registered for a Park District program or facility membership, your account information is currently in our database. Using the email address that is in our database, you can click the “Forgot your Password” section at www.elkgroveparks.org. Your Login ID and Family PIN num-ber will be emailed to you. If you cannot remember your email on account, please call Customer Service at (847) 437-9494 to retrieve your information. If you have never registered for a park district class or membership and would like to setup a new account, you can use the online “Need to Create an Account?” form located at http://hotreg.elkgroveparks.org. Once you have completed the form and click “Create New,” your account will be active and you can register for Park District programs.

1. Once you log-in, go to the barcode search area on the left, and search for the camp for which you would like to register.2. Add the desired camp program(s) to your basket.3. For each registration, you will need to select the family member you are registering from the Client Selection drop-down box.4. Once you are done, click the checkout button to make your payment.5. Fun in the SunThis half or full day camp is for children 4 - 6 years old. Options provided allow children to come as early as 7:30 am and stay as late as 6 pm. Choose the best times for your child! Summer SceneThis is not just any ordinary day camp. Summer Scene is a traveling camp geared solely towards children going into 7th and 8th grades. This camp is always on the go. Camp LunchesThe Elk Grove Park District and Coach’s Corner are working together to provide our campers lunch. Hot lunches include items such as pizza, mini burgers, chicken pot pie, hot dogs and much more! Drinks are not included. On your camp’s designated field trip day, your child will receive a cold sack lunch to accomodate being off site. Child must sign up for the entire week. Summer Art CampLet your imagination run wild by exploring new techniques each day! Mediums include watercolor, pastel, drawing, sculpture, crafts, pottery and more. Theatre CampIn just a few short weeks, we will put on a full-scale musical theatre production! Campers will also learn the basic techniques of acting, singing anddancing for musical theatre. Theatre fundamentals are emphasized with first-hand tricks to memorizing lines, character development, costuming and set design.
