Admission Process:

Application for admission of students can be direct/ through counseling / through Guidance center /through post / through University Website. Any student from India or abroad seeking admission in

ITM University, Raipur can interact online with the University. The Admission Committee will process

the applications and selected candidates shall be awarded provisional admission.

At the time of admission, every student and his/her parent or legal guardian shall be required to sign a

declaration to the effect that the student submits himself/herself to the disciplinary & pecuniary

iurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor and othel authorities of the University.

Eligibilitv Criteria - Undergraduate Programs:

Candidates should have scored 45%o or abovc in 10+2 from a recognized board will be eligible to seek

admission in undergraduate programs of ITM - School of Engineering & Research.

Candidate should have appeared the following entrance exam as a mandatory eligibility of admission

i.e. PET, JEE. In case if any candidate has ot appeared any entrance exam and is interested to take

admission in ITM University, Raipur then tbc candidate has to appear an entrance exam conducted by

our University.

respective stream. lf candidate gets throuf.lh with the entrance

admission.

Students will be granted provisional admission directly on the basis of their academic performance

and entrance exam scores.

Admission Process & Seat Reservation fees submission:

A student need to purchase an application fbrrn or he/she can apply for online application form also by

paying a admission application form fees of Rs.500/' only.

Students need to submit the application fbrm duly filled along with a Seat Retention amount of

Rs.15000/- through DD in favour of ITM University, Raipur or they may credit either by Cash

Deposit, Internet Banking, IMPS, NEFT transfer etc. In case if the student is processing admissions

from other locations the Seat Reservation fce to the University account number and then to send the

soft copy of acknowledgment / receipt to bc. mailed which may be further shared with admissions and

accounts for issuing the receipt.

Eligibiliqv Criteria - Postgraduate Programs:

Candidates should have scored 50%o or above in graduation form a recognised University will be

eligible to seek admission in post graduate program. (Average offour years or eight semester).

GAI'E Entrance Scores is mandatory for admission in postgraduate programs. Students will have to

appear for an interview scheduled by the School of Engineering & Research. Students will be granted

provisional admission on the basis of their academic performance and as per the performance in the

scheduled interview

Acceptance of Offer:
