ALAP-F series of elevator car air purifier (connected to the elevator fan power or separate power supply, with its own fan)

Use Guide

ALAP-F Series Elevator Car Air Purifier

On/Off：press the key, the machine is turned on, remote control

LCD display; Press again, the machine turn off, remote control LCD

does not display.

“▲”“▼”:press the key, day or week forward or backward,

after pressing the "set" key, flash is available.

“Program”Key :press the key, enter the program operation

mode, run at the set timing, remote controller show program model

on.

"Dust removal" key: press the key ,enter the dust removal

operation mode, display dusting on the remote control.

“Set”key:

① press the key ,show time and hour flash，press“▲”“▼”

to adjust hour，press“Set”key to confirm；

② Then minutes flash，press“▲”“▼”to adjust minute，press“Set”key to confirm；

③ Then Monday flash，press“▲”“▼”to adjust week，press“Set”key to confirm;

④ Then timing on display and timing on hour flash, press“▲”“▼”to adjust hour，

press“Set”key to confirm；

⑤ Then timing on minutes flash. Press“▲”“▼”to adjust minute, press "Set" key

to confirm；

⑥ Then timing off display and timing off hour flash, press“▲”“▼”to adjust hour，

press“Set”key to confirm；

⑦ Then timing off minutes flash. Press“▲”“▼”to adjust minute, press "Set" key

to confirm；

⑧ Then timing on Monday flash, press“Setting”key set Monday, then Tuesday flash,

press“Set”key set Tuesday, if you do not set Tuesday, press“▲”“▼”to Thursday flash,

after finish all the required weeks, press "Set" key to confirm；

⑨ Then current hour flash, do not press any key within 5 seconds to confirm that

the base time and timing time are set and exited.

Filter alarm time setting: long press "set" for 5 seconds, then press “▲”“▼” to

adjust, adjust to the required alarm time, and then press "set" key to confirm.

Clear filter working time: when the remote control is off, long press “on/off” key for 5

seconds to clear the filter working time.

ALAP-N Series Elevator Car Air Purifier

Linked with elevator air conditioner, The timer setting switch-on time is

the same as the working time of the elevator air conditioner, and it runs

together with the elevator air conditioner.

Only single-phase ac power can be used（220V～50Hz）;

If the power cord and plug are damaged or the plug is too loose, please do not

use;

Replace the filter, UV lamp and internal device, turn off the power and unplug the

power cord when moving and cleaning;

When pulling the plug, you must grasp the plug part. Do not pull the power cord;

When the remote control is operated, only when the purifier give off a “di” sound,

the set by the remote controller is accepted.

During testing and installation, operators should take effective protective

measures to prevent ultraviolet radiation from damaging eyes and exposed parts of the

body.

The relative humidity of the environment should not be more than 85%, and

there should be no corrosive gas in the air;

In case it is necessary to see the light tube, use ordinary glass (glasses) or

transparent plastic sheet as a protective mask;

When using a new lamp, you can first wipe the lamp with 75% alcohol gauze to

remove dust and oil stains. During use, you should wipe it regularly to do a good job of

cleaning the lamp to avoid affecting the purple transmission rate and radiation intensity;

Do not modify by yourself, do not disassemble and repair by non-repair

technicians.

Notes and Precautions

Care and Maintenance In order to maintain the best working condition of the machine, the machine must be

cleaned regularly. The plug must be unplugged during cleaning. Do not remove it with

wet hands, otherwise it may cause electric shock and injury.

Stainless steel filter and coarse or medium-high efficiency filter cleaning and maintenance

① Stainless steel filter, the machine itself has an automatic dust removal function,

which can be reused. Remove it every 6 months, clean it with water, dry it and put it back

in. Extract the dust box from the equipment and dump.

② The coarse and medium-high efficiency filters are consumables and need to be

replaced. They are not covered by the warranty. This machine comes with 2 coarse filters

and 1 medium-high efficiency filter. When using on newly installed elevators, we

recommend to use coarse-effect filters first, and use medium-efficiency filters after using

the coarse-effect filters for about 6 months. The replacement time of the high-efficiency

filter depends on the environment of the elevator. Generally, newly installed elevators are

replaced every 3 months, and elevators that have been used for more than one year are

replaced every 6 months.

Maintenance of UV lamps

Take out the UV lamp every 3 months and use a hair dryer to clean the dust accumulated

on the surface or wipe the lamp tube with 75% alcohol gauze to remove dust and oil

stains.

Maintenance of dust removal device

Every 3 months, use a rag to remove the dust from the screw of the dust removal device

and add some butter appropriately.

Installation★ALAP-N series of elevator car air purifier (Linked with elevator air

conditioner, the power is connected to the original fan power of the

elevator or separately, and the timer is configured.)

①ALAP-N series of purifier is installed between the air outlet of the air conditioner and thewind out cover (cold air out duct). The two air outlets of the purifier are connected to the airconditioner and the wind out cover and held tightly with a duct tie (if the air duct is too long,it needs to be cut short).②The power supply of the ALAP-N series of purifier is 220V, which is connected tothe three-hole socket at the 220V power supply of the car roof (it is recommended thatthe purifier power is connected to the power supply of the elevator fan, so that thedriver's control panel in the car can control the purifier power supply, or the purifier canbe controlled according to the time set by the timer).③Set the reference time of the timer and the switch-on time of the purifier (set the operationaccording to the operation instructions of the timer).④Plug in the timer and purifier plug, the purifier will run automatically according to thetime set by the timer.⑤Set the air conditioner to turn on and off automatically. The time to turn on and off theair conditioner should be the same as or longer than that of the purifier.

★ALAP-F series of elevator car air purifier (connected to the

elevator fan power, with its own fan) ① Determine the air supply hole of the purifier. It is recommended to use the original

fan hole on the elevator. When installing the purifier, remove the original fan, align the air outlet of the purifier with the fan port on the car roof, and fix the purifier on the car roof;

② Determine the air return hole of the purifier. use the original fan port on theelevator or open a new rectangular hole as the return air hole, fix the return air hood, and then connect the purifier to the return air hood with a ventilation pipe;

③ The remote control receiving probe and display panel of the purifier are introducedinto the car and fixed ,connect to the power supply;

④ Use the remote control to remotely switch on and off in the car, or set the timingswitch on the remote control at the required time, and then enter fully automatic operation.
