Scalability The Elekta Oncology Hosting platform was configured from the ground up using enterprise-level cloud systems and software that can adapt quickly to the fast-changing needs of oncology teams. Systems can be easily reprovisioned to increase performance or storage or adapt to other growth-limiting factors in minutes.

Hosted Elekta applications are maintained in multiple data centers with system environments designed specifically for Elekta oncology software. Customer and patient data is segmented in Cloud environments, and we have resources on demand to make extra capacity available to accommodate clinical growth quickly.

SecurityOur state-of-the-art Internet Data Centers (IDCs) are SSAE16 certified, meeting the highest standards of security, reliability, and redundancy. Each IDC is connected to a global network backbone, bringing superior network reliability and performance. All facilities are staffed and monitored 24x7x365 to ensure the highest levels of availability. Within this secure environment, we run intrusion prevention algorithms against all systems at all times, monitoring thresholds, identifying intrusion patterns, and locking out intruders.

ReliabilityWe guarantee 99.95 percent uptime of your hosted Elekta applications; monitor all critical systems to detect problems before failures occur; and continually back up data, rolling up the snapshots into daily, weekly, and monthly segments so that any given snapshot or file can be located quickly. When we’re troubleshooting, we can often solve problems simply by restoring a system image from before the problem occurred.

Our solutions deliver consistent, reliable web-based access to applications and data on any workstation, thin client, or mobile device, creating stability and smooth workflow throughout the day. Our Site Recovery option (available in the Premium version) takes standard system high availability a step further by connecting data centers for hot-site failover with data protection concurrency of less than one (1) hour.
