This slide needs updating.4

A course administrator creates an assessment form
and pushes it out to a student or cohort
The next time the student has an internet connection, the form syncs to their mobile device
The form is now available to use offlineWhen the student identifies an opportunity to be observed demonstrating a skill, they hand over the device to an mentor
who completes the assessment form. The mentor enters their email address to sign off and lock the form, then hands the device back to the student
The next time the student has an internet connection, the form syncs back to Myprogress
The response is now available for administrators and mentors to review. An email is sent to the mentor, with a copy of their response and a security message.

Plans for our next release(s) Myprogress 6.2Part 213
14You told us: Myprogress is easier than paper, but deploying assessments is still a significant admin overhead
Tidy up sentence to make it a bit smoother. Maybe refer back to mornings presentations if possible14
15You told us: Our mentors are overstretched. How can you help us to support them better in and out of the ward?
--include information about consolidating emails coming out to mentors15
16You told us: Logging time is a big part of what we do, so streamlining the process further is important.
17You told us: We want people to take their portfolio with them at the end of the course in a way that allows them to showcase their achievements
18You told us: We want better visibility of what students have accomplished and what they still need to do
19New features in plan: v6.2
Doesnt mean they have to take three releasesthey can fit it around what they are doing. We should admit that we want to get the first lot of functions out as early as possinle and cant fit them all intheres so much there!19
