6.6 KV SWITCHGEAR: Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6.6 KV, 350 MVA, single panel, indoor, sheet steel, floor mounted, dust, damp and vermin proof horizontal draw out, vertical isolation, extendable on either side fully interlocked, complete with motorized spring closing mechanism vacuum circuit breaker panel. LOAD TESTING OF DG SETS : The DG Sets shall be subjected to load test either at factory or at site after installation. The rates quoted shall include arrangement of electrical/water load required for testing and all consumables required during trial run of DG Sets on full load for 12 hours followed by 10% overload for one hour as per specification and drawings. Notes : XLPE copper Cable termination is envisaged for connecting DG Supply to the Main MV Switchgears. Required terminals for AMF operation, CTs as specified are required to be provided in the adaptor box of DG Set. Rates shall include all these accessories. DG Set supplier shall provide microprocessor based DG Local Control panel mounted on the engine having, all electrical parameters, and fault indication with provision for its remote control.

DG Supplier should provide arrangement for remote start/stop and DG fault (LLOP, HWT over speed) etc along with remote adjustment of voltage & speed of the engine (Motorized/ solid state pot. may be required) & shall be included in the quoted rates. The neutral CTs as per specification shall be provided on the neutral side of winding and connection brought out to a neutral CT box to be mounted on the alternators (All the six terminals are to be brought out and then shorted). DG supplier / Vendor shall do necessary co-ordination with MV SWGR panel manufacturer / vendor, required for Auto and Manual operations / Synchronization as per the specifications and requirement.

The Client / Consultant reserves the right for load testing on any / all DG sets.

E 7.0 M.V. SWITCH GEARS & DISTRIBUTION BOARDS:

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following MV switchgear panels suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be Indoor, free standing, floor mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle, dead front, dust and vermin proof type compartmentalized design fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet steel, complete with Copper bus bars, separate earth bus bar to be provided through out the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a modular multitier arrangement, adequate size cable alley, painting, earthing, numbering, danger plate etc as required as per specifications and drawings shall be provided. The panel shall withstand a fault level of as indicated on Single Line Diagram.

1 The BOQ shall be read inconjunction with general notes, specification and Single Line Diagram (attached for Ref.). Incase of any discrepancy between specification, BOQ and SLD, the same shall be brought to the notice of Client/Consultant before quoting the rates, otherwise stringent condition shall be deemed to have been considered.

2 Fault current wherever mentioned shall be Ics value. 3 All MCCB shall be provided with door interlocked rotary

handle with ON/TRIP/OFF position indicator, continious variable thermal magnetic O/C and S/C releases. The MCCB above 250A rating shall be provided with microprocessor based releases (settable at site). I/C MCCB shall be provided with E/F release also.

4 All feeder doors shall have pad locking arrangement.

5 All TP feeders shall have solid isolable neutral link.
