HIVOTECH 1500V DC Voltage Detector has been specially designed and built to suit the demands for testing of tram and railway power lines to ‘Prove Dead’. It is built to suit extension sticks for extra height. It has a digital readout of voltage and has a built in self-test with LCD light display and audible alarm for safety check and peace of mind.

HIGH AND LOW VOLTAGE TESTING

HANCO HIGH VOLTAGE RUBBER GOODS TEST UNIT• Hanco high voltage test unit.• Test rubber insulating gloves, sleeves & blankets up to 50,000V AC.• 500V, 650V, Class 0, Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 and Class 4.

• Digital readout of voltage with in-built backlight.• Built in self-test to ensure unit is functioning correctly.• Audible alarm for safety check and piece of mind.• Low battery indicator.

1500V DC OVERHEAD WIRE TESTER

PORTABLE EARTHING EQUIPMENT• Manufactured to customers requirement.• Copper and aluminium cables (25mm-195mm).• Single and three phase configurations.• Wide range of phase and earth clamp options.• Complies to IEC61230 standard.



HIVOTECH MANUFACTURING• Contact to rail earthing sets and leads (custom built).• 1500V DC overhead wire tester.• Insulator extension raiser.• Static discharge sticks.• 20ft wire lift sticks.• Fibreglass switching handles.• Universal sticks (custom length, type and attachments).• Modifications and servicing.

PASSED TESTING STAMP & DUE DATE• ‘Passed by HIVOTECH’ stamp issued with a clearly marked ‘due date’ for re-test stamp on all items that pass our rigorous testing procedures• All equipment tested and supplied is maintained on our database so we can let the customer know when equipment is due for re-test.

• Onsite pneumatic air tester.• Gloves are inflated before electrical testing to find any sign of deterioration.

LOW VOLTAGE GLOVE TESTING



HIGH VOLTAGE INSULATED BLANKET TESTING• A Class 4 insulated blanket being electrically Tested to 40,000V AC in our Hanco Rubber Goods Tester.

VISUAL INSPECTION• Visual inspections are used to find any sign of deterioration (holes, cuts, scuffs, cracks etc) prior to electrical testing.

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION• Products are carefully identified and recorded prior to electrical testing. This information is recorded and documented in your test report.
