I am writing to urge you to get involved and fight for the future of our country by voting and participating in the 2016 presidential election. Don’t sit out the election and allow other people to make decisions about your job, your livelihood, and your family’s future.

After careful consideration of all of the candidates and a poll of LIUNA members, your union recommends that you support Secretary Hillary Clinton for President. Hillary Clinton is committed to creating good union jobs and has a long history of standing behind workers.

On the Republican side, Donald Trump has no regard for unions and would gladly eliminate all union jobs and cut your wages. Trump's own words speak for themselves. He favors so-called "right to work wages. Trump’s own words speak for themselves.
