As a wine lover for the

last 20 years, and a Wine

& Spirit Education trust

higher certificate holder, I

am passionate about wine.

I have therefore sourced

wines for this list from some

of the finest producers in

the world whilst keeping an

eye on cost to ensure that

our customers can achieve

their required margins from

their wine ranges. Most

of the wines within this

portfolio are “On-trade”

exclusive meaning that they

will not be found in the

supermarkets and some are

exclusive to us as members

of the Society of Vintners.

Argentina

White Wine

Finca Classica Torrentes Chardonnay

With honey and citric notes mixed with fl owers on the nose this wine has a young, fresh and

pleasant fi nish. Enjoy it now as an aperitif or with desserts.

San Felipe Reserva Chardonnay

Pale golden yellow in colour, a complex and generous bouquet with suggestive honey and spice

aroma, fresh, crisp and well balanced on the palate.

Red Wine

Finca Classica Shiraz Malbec

A vivid red wine with red fruit aromas. On the palate it has good structure with friendly tannins,

and a nice full bodied fi nish. Enjoy it now with hearty roasts and barbecues.

San Felipe Reserva Malbec

Intense with lots of body. Notes of fruit, oak and candied vanilla greet the nose and follow into

the mouth. Soft supple tannins on the palate. Great with meat dishes.

Australia

White Wine

Euca Hill Chardonnay

Excellent medium bodied wine with lovely lemon and lime fl avours. A wine suitable for every

course, in particular white meats and creamy pasta dishes.

Red Rock Chardonnay

A crisp refreshing wine with fruity fl avours on the palate, with lemon blossom, freshly cut grass

and stone fruit aromas.

Rolling Sauvignon Semillion (also available in Shiraz)

A delicate, dry crisp wine with subtle almond and nectarine fl avours with the fresh aroma of

lime juice and zesty notes.

White Wine

Cranswick Estate Pinot Grigio

A dry, elegant wine with crisp dry apple and pear fruit on the palate and good mineral content

combined with balanced acidity, which leaves a clean, fresh fi nish.

Red Wine

Euca Hill Shiraz

Bright garnet coloured wine with generous nose with hints of chocolate, plums and vanilla. The

palate is rich and has good length with nice tannins.

Red Rock Shiraz

A warm nose with some blackcurrant fruit dominating followed by brambles and mulberry. A

good palate structure of berries and a soft fi nish.

Mountbridge Reserve Shiraz (also available in Merlot)

Aromas of ripe plum fruit with hints of spice and subtle oak. Soft tannins and ripe fruit fl avours

combine to give depth and length on the palate. Excellent with red meats.

Climbing Merlot

Ripe dark plums and black cherries layer beautifully in this medium bodied Merlot with earthy

notes with a hint of dark chocolate.

Cranswick Estate Shiraz

Consisting of berry fruit, plums and spicy mocha chocolate oak aromas on the nose. A

fl avoursome palate with savoury stewed cherry and blackcurrant fl avours, which merge well into

lingering vanilla oak fl avours.

Rose Wine

Euca Hill Shiraz Rose

A vibrant and refreshing Shiraz rose, bursting with fruit fl avours of strawberry and raspberry.

Best served nicely chilled with light dishes and desserts.

White Wine

Gold County Columbard Chardonnay

A blend of Chardonnay and Columbard that gives a wine with a soft, off dry style. Light, fruity

and delicate.

Willowood Pinot Grigio

This is a delicious and elegant Pinot Grigio showing typical ripe fruit fl avours. Enjoy with fi sh or

a creamy pasta dish.

Rose Wine

Willowood Zinfandel Rose

A delicious medium rose made after a short maceration on the skins to impart a light rose

colour. Cool fermented to retain freshness.

Kissing Tree Zinfandel Rose

A luscious Zinfandel Rosé from the warm, tree lined vineyards of California, bursting with ripe

aromas of wild strawberries and exotic fruits.

Red Wine

Gold County Cabernet Sauvignon

A smooth, medium bodied wine with a little hint of oak character. Typical Blackcurrant nose

and palate with nice length and fi nish.

Willowood Merlot

A wonderful clear ruby wine with hints of blackberry on the nose. The palate is full-bodied,

subtle, with light tannins. Would be excellent with poultry, pizza or simply enjoy on its own.

White Wine

Volandas Sauvignon Blanc

A bright crisp wine with a lovely aroma of grapefruit. A refreshing style that expresses

elderberry fruit and citrus on the palate.

Volandas Chardonnay

Fresh peach fl avours with a slightly nutty oak infl uence. A well structured palate with exotic

passion fruits and a lingering fi nish.

Lomas Carrera Sauvignon Blanc

Greenish yellow in colour the nose is citric with lemon and grapefruits. A beautiful freshness is

balanced with good acidity.

Villarrica Sauvignon Blanc

Beautiful clean and bright yellow colour. Elegant and fresh fruit aromas predominate, aromas

of ripe pear, apricot and passion fruit. Full bodied, fresh and creamy on the palate with an

excellent balance between sweetness and acidity. Long and persistent fi nish.

Villarrica Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay with a pale yelllow colour and fruity aromas of apple and papaya. Fresh

fl avour with medium body and a clean fi nish.

Rose Wine

Volandas Rose

This unoaked wine is produced in a Rose style with a fresh fruity style. Off dry with good

strawberry fruit notes and a nose of red apples.

Red Wine

Volandas Merlot

Elegant, full bodied with hints of chocolate and spice. Aromas of spice and cherries with

pepper and cocoa on the nose.

Volandas Cabernet Sauvignon

Red/violet in colour, it has fl avours of blackberries and cassis with chocolate tones. Good body,

pleasant balance and a structured fi nish.

Chile

Red Wine

Lomas Carrera Carmenere

Dark purple colour with a ripe and concentrated blackberry fruit aroma which gives a huge,

delicious and mouth-fi lling juicy dry wine.

Villarrica Merlot

Purple red colour with crimson hues. Great aromas of ripe red fruit, cherries and damsons.

Silky on the palate with soft and well integrated tannins, the layered fl avours of fruit and vanilla

leave a lovely, lingering fruity fi nish.

Villarrica Cabernet Sauvignon

Attractive red colour with soft purplish tones. Shows a typical cabernet nose with black cherries

and ripe dark berries mixed with sweet notes of chocolate and mocha. On the palate is well

balanced and full with a soft velvety texture. Blueberries, cassis and mature blackberry fl avours

are supported by soft and elegant tannins and a long lingering fi nish.

Vignoble du Sud Chardonnay VDP

This easy drinking, fruit driven Chardonnay is produced in a new world style, delivering plenty

of tropical fruit with a creamy fi nish.

Vignoble du Sud Sauvignon Blanc VDP

A great example of a Sauvignon Blanc from the south of France. Classic fl avours of refreshing

citrus fruits and gooseberries, balanced with delightful acidity.

Griffi n Ridge Blanc

Dry and fresh with good weight. 20% Chardonnay in the blend gives good fruit character and

body that creates this enjoyable white wine.

Bordeaux Sauvignon Dulong AC

Pale yellow with glints of green. A highly expressive nose with white fl owers pineapples and

exotic fruit. Lemons and grapefruit dominate the palate.

Sancerre Goulaine Les Lorys

Expressive and intense with fl oral overtones of quince. The palate is rich and aromatic with a

long balanced fi nish. This is how good the Sauvignon blanc grape can be!

Poilly Fume Champ des Vignes

A powerful and expressive white wine with fruity and fl oral aromas. Rich and lingering on the

palate, a classic from one of the Loire’s fi nest producers.

Gewürztraminer Michel Leon

Golden yellow with intense nose of mango and rose undertones. A pleasing round palate, with

mouth fi lling fl avour. One of the few wines that will complement spicy exotic cuisine.

Chablis Premier Cru Leon Palais

This wine shows fl oral and nutty aromas on the nose. The palate is rich and round with a

buttery taste and lively fresh fi nish. The appellation Premier Cru is given only to those wines of

the highest standard and this wine is a good refl ection of Chablis at the highest level.

Chablis Elegance Moreau AC

La Croix St-Joseph, Jean Moreau & Fils. A dry, crisp wine with a fresh citrus and nutty

expression and long lasting fi nish. It has an harmonious and elegant balance between fruit and

the mineral content obtained from the gravelly soil.

Rose Wine

Vignoble du Sud Syrah Rose VDP

Nice fruity Rose made from the Robust Syrah Grape. Off dry with light fruity fl avour and dry

fi nsh.

Griffi n Ridge Rose

Light Rose that is versitile, drink on its own or with lighter dishes and puddings. A taste of the

sun kissed hills of Southern France.

Red Wine

Vignoble du Sud Cabernet Sauvignon VDP

A smooth, soft red wine with a good fruity nose, that offers a nice easy drinking style.

Vignoble du Sud Merlot VPD

Well structured, easy drinking merlot with nice soft ripe fruit.

Griffi n Ridge Rouge VDQS

A wine that has been blended to offer delightful fruity character whilst soft and medium

bodied.

Chateau Lavison Claret AC

A fi ne quality traditional claret from a good respected producer. Good weight of fruit and

tannins make this wine medium bodied but with a nice fi nish.

Dulong Grand Vin Bordeaux AC

Good quality traditional Claret – a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

Cotes du Rhone Victor Berard AC

This family run Chateau produces a classic Cotes du Rhone, with aromas of violets and a

structured yet approachable body.

Fleurie Saint Laurent D’Arpaye AC

With a characteristic fl aming Ruby colour and having fl oral and nutty aromas. This wine is full

bodied and rich concentrated giving a great all around fi nish and depth.

A rich crimson colour with strawberries, black berries and bilberry on the nose. The wine has an

excellent balance of tannins and fruit. A great example of the Pinot Noir grape.

Chateau La Pointe Bouquey Saint Emillion AC

A harmonious wine with a round, full body. Complex fruity and spiciness combine to produce a

classic wine of the Saint Emillion region of Bordeaux.

Chateau Neuf Du Pape Victor BerardAC

A deep garnet red with a nose that shows small berries and spices. A full bodied, powerful and

round wine that goes well with game and strong cheeses.

This crisp, refreshing wine has a light, fresh aroma and a dry balanced palate. Excellent as an

aperitif, this wine also complements fi sh and seafood dishes, cooked meats and poultry.

Gavi Di Gavi Del Bosco DOCG

On the nose there are fl oral and honey overtones that also recur on the palate. Fresh and

structured body with clean tangerine overtones. Crisp and dry with a good fruit fi lled lengthy

fi nish.

Rose Wine

Villa Serena Pinot Grigio Rose IGT

An Italian favourite style wine with mouth watering undertones of summer fruit fl avours and

crisp clean palate.

Le Poesie Pinot Grigio Blush IGT

An elegant and fragrant Pinot Grigio blush is delicately aromatic and deliciously crisp on the

palate. The blush hues are obtained from the pale copper coloured skins of the Pinot Grigio

grapes.

Red Wine

Villa Serena Merlot IGT

Deep ruby red colour with intense crimson refl ections. A well rounded, medium bodied soft

wine that gives typical character of the Merlot grapes.

Montepulciano D’Abruzzo San Giorgio

An intense ruby red coloured wine, with a full body. The palate is fruity with a well balanced

fl avour.

Chianti Vernaiolo DOCG

Lively ruby red with violet refl ections and fruit aromas of ripe red fruits on the nose. The palate

is fresh savoury and well balanced with good structure and an excellent fi nish.

Chianti Classico Rocca delle Macie DOCG

Vibrant ruby red colour with a fruity nose producing hints of light spiciness. On the palate this

wine is fresh, savoury and full bodied with a good aromatic persistence and excellent structure.

Barolo Franco Serra DOCG

The Nebbiolo grape gives the wine great body, character and a rich majestic style. Deep in

colour, delicate fl oral aroma, with vanilla notes and a full fl avour. One of Italy’s fi nest reds!

Amarone della Valpolicella DOC “Fabiano”

This Amarone is full bodied and velvety smooth. It is characterised by its orange tinged deep

red colour, its complex aromas of violets, raspberries and mint blossom. It is intense, powerful

and mouth fi lling with velvety soft raisin like fl avours. A wine to savour and spend time over.

Curio Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc shows the steely, mineral and stony characteristics of the Marlborough

region. Nice white peach and nectarine aromas provide a full palate and lingering fi nish.

Mill Road Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

It has a youthful nose of red and green capsicum, with some nettles. The palate is soft and

easy drinking with a fullness of fl avour with some citrus coming through on the capsicum

notes. Nicely rounded with a good fi nish.

Tindall Marlborough Sauvignon

Alive with aromas of fresh herbs, pineapple, guava, passion-fruit and other tropical fruits.

Mouth fi lling with a refreshing dry fi nish.

Vina Palaciega Rioja Crianza

Garnet red with tawny hues. A touch of smoky oak on the nose backed by hints of cedar spice.

Famous throughout the world, Asti is only produced in the North West Piedmonth region

around the ancient town of Asti. Light straw in colour, deliciously fruity with a lively sparkle.

Prosecco Fabiano Castello 4357 Brut NV

Pale straw yellow in colour with light green glints and a soft persistent mousse. On the nose

there are hints of green apples backed up with fl oral notes, on the palate it is smooth and

rounded with good length and acidity.

Fabiano Resato Castello 4357 Brut Rose

Delicate rose colour with fresh aromas of small red berries. Refreshingly light characters of wild

strawberries, very well balanced, with a fi ne mousse and a long fi nish.

Noche Y Dia Cava Brut

Pale Yellow in colour. The months of ageing have developed the fi ne lemony aroma with creamy

tones, rich fruit and an excellent well developed balance intense lively and bright strawberry

red colour. Soft and gentle with a refreshing acidity and lovely fruity fi nish.

Noche Y Dia Cava Rose

Intense, lively and bright strawberry red colour. This wine is soft and gentle with refreshing

acidity and a lingering fruity fi nsh. Perfect for any celebration.

Mountbridge Reserve Chardonnay Brut

Excellent Sparkling wine from Australia made using the excellent Chardonnay grape. Dry,

biscuity and possessing excellent structure.
