Duties and Responsibilities
• Reading through the emails in the mailbox and prioritizing any rush and/or urgent requests or confidential matters found in the mailbox
• Reviewing the correctness and accuracy of data provided by cross-checking the data provided in the JOT with Chevron resources available as well as the capacity of the initiator to make a request;
• Recording pertinent expatriate and assignment information and other action items in the JOTDB, filing and archiving emails in Outlook, SharePoint and Shared Drive and manually track items as needed

Duties and Responsibilities
• Routing the actionable items such as job offer requests, acceptances, position IDs and others to notify the proper recipients to initiate processing
• Reporting pending job offer packages being processed by GEA through the Days in Queue Report and other reports relevant to support team processes and guidelines when necessary
• Responding to general queries and concerns sent to the EJO mailbox.
