NEBOSH HEALTH & SAFETY AT WORK

This three day course is the perfect introduction to health and safety. It covers risk assessments and ways to control common workplace hazards such as fire, lifting and carrying, work equipment, electrical safety, hazardous substances and transport. This introductory qualification is aimed at anyone who needs to understand the principles of health and safety as part of their job. This may be:

This new qualification will benefit organisations who are seeking to implement a health and safety management system. THE SEAT BELT CONVINCER You are twice as likely to die in a crash if you don't wear a seat belt. The seatbelt simulator is a device which allows EITC to simulate a traffic collision in a controlled way. Trainees will experience the forces of a low speed impact [6 mph / 10 km/h] which will help to convince them of the importance of wearing a seatbelt. It will also allow the participant to experience the surprising amount of force generated by such a low speed collision, and therefore to gain respect for the importance of wearing a seatbelt, and the protection it provides.
