• What has to be done?==> to end the service?==> new orientation (with new technologies)?

• more information- national avalanche forecast- regional avalanche forecasts- data- special information (SLF + MeteoSwiss)

• more service and flexibility- voice control / button control- MMS-Service==> hearable, visible, map based

• Problems:- complexity of information- clever intuitive navigation- technical complexity- „computer voice“

• Further steps- direct query to get the MMS immediately- joint specific products SLF - MeteoSwiss- one number for all natural hazards

• general longterm question:Do we want to have a international (european) avalanche-information number?
