EIC 2018 CALL FOR PAPERSThe 36th Electrical Insulation Conference (EIC) will be held in San Antonio, TX, USA, 17 to 20 June 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk. The conference program features technical sessions with oral presentations in concurrently running tracks, poster sessions and short courses. We are soliciting papers dealing with applica-tion, development, analysis, testing, and service experience with electrical insulation in electrical and electronic equipment around the following themes:
• Rotating Machines• Transformers• Cables and Accessories• Testing Technologies• Outdoor Insulation• Nanodielectrics
• Switchgear (including arrestors)• Transportation Systems• Capacitors• New Materials• Partial Discharges• Printed Circuits & Wire harnesses

Abstract SubmissionAbstracts of up to 500 words are invited on the practical applications of electrical insulating systems and materi-als. All submissions will be done on-line starting 1 September 2017. Student Stipends:Stipends in the amount of $500 will be provided for up to fifteen student authors on a first come, first served basis to help offset expenses.
