I have good command on computer software’s which are commonly useful in construction field (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat etc.) and fairly workable knowledge of AutoCAD.

Duties & Responsibilities Handled:a) Conducting, Witnessing and ensuring all onsite inspection as per Inspection Test Plan

(ITP) & Project specifications (structural, finishing and infra works etc.)

b) To make Co-ordination with Consultant & Independent Test Laboratory (ITL) to perform Tests for structural, finishing and infra works etc. (Concrete, Soil, Asphalt, CMU, Mortar, Plaster & Block Accessories, Pile Tests, backfilled soil (FDT), Water retaining structures, steel, strands, coupler, epoxy coated steel, wood works etc.) as per requirement of project specification and approved ITP.

c) Inspection of Concrete / Brick Masonry Works & Testing of materials as per approved ITP (Grout Fill, CMU Blocks, Bricks, Mortar) used for Masonry Works.

d) Doing all inspections as per approved ITP/MS related to water retaining structures like water reservoir, Fire Water tanks, Domestic Water tanks etc.

e) Inspection of all items of waterproofing (Self-adhesive/Torch Applied), Thermal insulation works (Roofing, Cavity Walls), Damp proofing of wet areas.

f) Inspection of Incoming materials with project specifications & Client requirements. Insuring that the material used at site for different work is approved by consultant and meets the standards and specification of the Project.

g) Collecting soil samples from the project's intended site (Stockpile), using bores and pits for testing (Grading, CBR Value, Atterberg Limits, OMC/MDD, Friable Particles, Salts etc.).

h) Ensuring that all inspection request & test reports are accurate and up to date. Cross checking all test reports (Concrete, Asphalt, Soil, Concrete Masonry Blocks, Clay Masonry Bricks, Mortar, Grouts, repair materials, steel, water, admixture, pile tests etc.) after receiving from ITL as per project specification and specified international standard.

i) Following up the concreting work in a presence of the Consultant and making sure that the slump, temperature after every required Volume of concrete is recorded, and

cylinders/Cubes for crushing is made.

j) Establishing in house Testing Lab & ensuring that all test equipment being valid calibration before use.

k) Coordinating all site engineers and site sub-contractors to fulfill the Quality requirements.

l) Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non- Compliance Report (NCR) and Site Instructions (SI).

m) Making Quality Control Documents & Getting approval for Method Statements (MS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Inspection Checklist, QA/QC Forms, QA/QC Weekly & Monthly Reports of project, Concrete Filed Report.

n) Reviewing Prequalification Documents & Material Submittal as per required project specifications and local/international standards, and getting approval from client/consultant.

o) Raising Material Inspection Request (MIR), Inspection Request (IR), Internal Site Instructions (ISI), Internal Non-Conformance Report (INCR).

p) Report to the QA/QC Manager/Project Manager everyday regarding the Progress of the work and its Quality, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.

q) Carry out Internal Audit at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (PQP).

r) Assuring that the work is performed as required by the client and meets or exceeds the required qualities.

s) Assuring the acceptable work processes, and workmanship in the project work.

t) Making curing log & updating Site Engineer / Foreman for proper curing.

u) Carried out & getting Mix Designs approval of Various Concrete grades for residential & Road projects.

v) Rising Technical Query & Deviations to Client and get it approved.

w) Coordination with RMC Plant to get concrete in time & inspection as per quality requirements.

x) Conducting Civil Product Quality Rating (CPQR) for quality improvement of work and avoiding reworks.
