    ASTER EGG TREEn Easter tree displays your beautifully decorated Easter eggs. Anchor a pretty branch in aot of gravel, rocks or plaster of Paris. Let everyone hang blown eggs on the branches thatey have decorated.

    UNNY BISCUITSRoll out biscuit dough (or use refrigerator biscuits).Cut the dough in circles. Cut half of the circles in half.Place the two halves on a sheet in a V for ears.Moisten the lower edges of the ears and top them with a round biscuit, pressing theedges together.

    Roll a ball of extra dough for a nose.Make cheese eyes and whiskers.Brush the completed bunnies with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.Bake and cool them on a rack.

    AMILY EASTER BASKETecorate a nice big basket to hold ALL the colored eggs the family makes. Let them seeeir work on display!

    OLLAGE EGGSix equal amounts of white glue and water. Brush the mixture lightly on the eggs. Then

    verlap torn pieces of colored tissue paper on the eggs.

    SUGAR COOKIE EGGS1. Make favorite sugar cookie dough.2. Make an egg-shaped cookie cutter from a clean tin can by

    removing both end of a tin can and squeezing the two sidetogether until you have a perfect egg shape.

    3. Cut dough into egg shapes and bake.4. Cool cookies and make favorite butter cream frosting. Tint

    with various colors.5. Set out lots of sprinkles and decorate those cookies.

    6. Put them in a basket and take it to someone who could uslittle love.

    EGG TAPPING GAMETwo players begin by facing each other, holding a hard boileegg so that just the small end shows. They tap the ends of theggs together. This continues until on egg cracks. The winnethen goes on to challenge the next player and so on until eveone has played. The person who has cracked the mostopponent eggs while keeping his/her own uncracked is thewinner.

    EGG ROLLEveryone lines up, arm length, apart and rolls their egg down ahill. The egg that rolls the farthest without cracking wins. Even thesmallest crack disqualifies an egg.

    EGG TOSSEvery tosses their egg to their partner who attempts to catch itwithout breaking it. Everyone then takes one step backwards andtosses again. When one breaks, that couple is out. Play until thereis only one couple left.

    EGG ON A SPOON RELAYEveryone lines up holding a spoon with an egg resting on the end.Everyone must run from one end of the yard and back withoutdropping their egg. The person who completes the task first, wins.

    TREASURE HUNTWrite clues and hide them in plastic eggs. Give the first clue/eggto the hunters that will lead them to the second egg and so onuntil they find the treasure.

    SYMBOLISM OF THE EGGAs you decorate eggs, discuss how the egg can be a symbol ofthe resurrection. An egg appears lifeless, but out of it comes newlife. The egg is compared to the tomb. The chick is entombed, andwhen the time is right, the chick comes to life. So will the deadrise from their graves as Jesus did.
