Procedure


1) Download the attached file (Root_for_ATTSG4_FM3.rar) from Dropboxwww.dropbox.com

What if on loading the Test in Scheduler Tab, it doesnt get listed?

A. Restart the Device and then try scheduling the test.

What if your device couldnt GET LICENSE?

A. Click on CONTACT SUPPORT button to send the device details forregistration

What if you get a message on GETTING LICENSE Mobi-Reportersnew version available!?

A. You might have an incorrect version installed on your device forMobi Reporter. Check administration to get the correct version

What if you get a message on GETTING LICENSE mCEMAAHandys new version available!?

A. You might have an incorrect version installed on your device formCEMAA Handy. Check administration to get the correct version

What if on running the test you get a message Incorrect Appversion?

A. Check the versions of both the applications and install the correctversions.

How to check your devices IMEI and Versions installed in it?

A. In mCEMAA Handy app, check the versions in DATA TAB to see

MR Version and MRA Version. If you are not able to get into themCEMAA Handy application. Check the version on the GETLICENSE page itself, right bottom corner.

What if clicking on REPORT TAB shows No report available for lastsite?

A. Your report must be getting processed at server end, Wait for awhile and then refresh from the menu button while you are insidethe report tab

gives error Technology mismatchA. Check the technology on the network bar below various tabs in

the application and make sure you are selecting the sametechnology. Also make sure is that the same technology you wantto perform your test

What if on start of TS and filling user id/site id information, devicegives error PSC/PCI mismatch

A. The PSC or PCI you are entering must match with what device isreceiving at the moment when you are starting your test. If itdoesnt, you can check what PSC or PCI your device is ON, fromthe network bar below various tabs, and then start the test.
