Examples of demonstration project

◎HEMS ~ Energy management in house ~

Demonstrated Case: Isogo Smart House Demonstration (Tokyo Gas, etc.)

◎ In Apartment, the integrated control is implemented for multiples generation and storage power, and heat storage system such as fuel cell, storage battery, and use of solar systems.

Conduct the interchange of electricity and heat between residences, Aim to efficient energy use

Demonstrated Case: Demonstration of cooperation of the large-scale building by integrated BEMS (Toshiba, etc.)

Toward the realization of Environmental Future City

・Around Aoba-ku Tamaplaza Station area (collaboration with Tokyu)・Around Yokodai, Isogo-ku area (collaboration with UR city mechanism)・Around Tookaichibacho, Midori-ku area

In urban areas including the Minato Mirai 21 district, implement the pioneering efforts in composite aiming at "most smart "FutureCity" that is chosen by the world”.

Create a model of attractive urban development that is sustainable to live continuously at ease with the efforts to resolve regional issues by the community, private sector, government, and universities working together

Support to the disaster areasYokohama supports Aizuwakamatsu-shi (Fukushima) and Yamamoto-cho (Miyagi), which was adopted to "smart community introduction promotion project" of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
