• Using PLCs/Grade Level Meetings to Help All Teachers Reach All Students

How to use PLCs/grade level meetings more effectively to decrease teacher workload, create consistency across grade levels and increase student achievement will be explored. • Positive Classroom Management Techniques The ability to encourage while disciplining is an art that teachers must master in order to avoid shutting down students who are struggling. Ways to build up a student while showing them how their current actions are counter-productive will be presented. • Establishing Fundamentals that Help Struggling Learners

Navigate an Academic Environment We are losing frustrated teachers because students come to school without some of the basics necessary to be successful in an academic environment. The fundamentals shared will allow each teacher to help every student develop a deep understanding of behaviors that create success.

• How to Use Data and Data Rooms to Improve the

Achievement of Struggling Learners. It is imperative to know the specific weaknesses of each student so that they can be addressed. Using real world ideas from actual classrooms and schools, suggestions will be given to monitor the progress of every student in the school.
