随着新能源的并网,风光的波动性和随机性使得电网短时间内的能量不平衡加剧,传统能源由于调频速度慢,在响应信号时具有滞后性,因此不能满足新增的需求,而储能由于调频速度快,容量可调,因此成为非常好的调频资源。火电厂增加储能系统后,实际应用中可有效提升 Kp 值,提高电厂收益。The fluctuation of power grid result from short period heavy load access such as from steel plants and glass factories would greatly affects the operation of other power equipment.
