When you feel pain… Strike a pose! Inhale. When your mind is connected to your body you are connected to the universe. Exhale. 

Through the breath and through the posture you easily become present­minded and more focused. Distraction is disconnection. Bring your thoughts to your mind and your body. Hold it. 

Connection is vital to our existence. Listen to your body. Can you feel it? Can you sense it? Wait for it… wait for it… change. It hurts so good!

When you feel anxious… Close your eyes! Go to your happy place. Imagine yourself on the beach. Waves crashing against the shore. Sand between your toes. The sun kissing the horizon. Salt­air filling your lungs. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. You are content.  

Feeling better? If that worked for you ­ congratulations! You just became present. You see, the past and the future are created concepts. Presence is the only reality. All you did was close your eyes ­ you never left ­ yet you changed the way you feel.

Trust Love ­ Chakra Four AAL011 

Spread the love. Chakra Four is responsible for love and compassion. 

When you are feeling jealous… Trust love! The opposite of jealousy is compersion ­ receiving happiness from someone else’s happiness.  

When you trust in the hippie­dippie all­encompassing all­singing all­dancing humanity of LOVE (and flowers and bunnies and tie dye moo­moos) … you can receive nothing but love in return. We didn’t say it was easy to understand. Or to manifest. But we did say it’s awesome. 

Practice makes permanent. Practice love. Accept love. Give love. All we need is love. Put on Yellow Submarine. Wear Patchouli. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. Ohm. 

Thank yourself for loving others. Your love is valuable and needed.

Let it be… Just do it. Your inner voice is trying to tell you something. What is it? Are you allowing yourself to be who you are without judgement? Yes, you are imperfect. The whole universe is imperfect. That is why we can continue to grow.

What do you see when you look into the stars? How many grains of sand are on the beach? Who’s in charge? Who are you? Who am I? Are we alone? Is there a God? The chicken or the egg? When did it start? What is time? What is the universe made of? What is consciousness? Why do we dream? What is true happiness? Do we have a soul? It’s okay to not know. Wonder.
