Since its foundation in 1885, Nippon Crucible Co., Ltd. has been developing specialized own refractory technology, and has now furnace engineering business to provide the solutions for entire furnace process including the production of various industrial furnaces. We can satisfy the customer needs for product development to meet the work site conditions, refractory and industrial material supply, and installation to the removal of furnace. We also make designing for environment and the maintenance work. For the product development, our crucible type continuous aluminum melting and holding furnace “Mel-Keeper” has won several prizes. We also satisfy the metal melting needs in the global market specially in the rapidly developing Asian countries. Nippon Crucible Co., Ltd’s proven superior technology over the years has been favorably recognized by our customers both in Japan and overseas market. Our overseas activities began in 1970’s with the establishment in 1975 of a joint- venture company in then West Germany. In 1976, we licensed our technology to Brazil and Mexico. Those over-seas projects still continue now through the close technical support offered from us.

We are strengthening not only product export but also join venture project in order to meet metal melting needs in the Asia as well as global market.
